Here is the link that will bring you to those 100 threads discussing God.
Maybe it's worth starting another?
I'm here now...ask me what you want....I'll give you the truth or I'll tell you I don't know....I'm not looking to get my light bill paid, gas bill paid, building fund paid, lawn maintenance..et.al, or the neighborhood to pay my property taxes....

Just the truth, I've learned from God.

Ask me...I'm trust worthy!

I find your interpretation interesting,
but not a satisfactory answer
to the questions I have.
It's been suggested
that any group that studied the bible
and built tenets or a church upon it,
had answers for the
inexplicable contradictions
through out the entire book.
That made them no less
contradictions or plausible.
Thank you for replying to my previous posts.
:-)

There are any number of books and websites which address and resolve all those so-called errors and contradictions.

I find it rather amusing God considered flooding the earth and decided instead to spare Noah. We are supposed to believe this story was written in the beginning.

And of course, those outside the gate, want Christians to accept as scripture any scroll or scribbling, no matter how absurd. Wonder how it would work if the medical field were required to accept every writing someone claims is an acceptable medical text?

Which book..?...which religion..?..

The moment one looks beyond their own truth for answers, they are searching their own lie..and have relinquished the basis of free will..

Of course there are many web sites devoted to religion and bible study.
That they resolve contradictions is a matter of opinion.

The fact is, we are posting on an Off Beat Topix website, in reply to a thread asking the question:
How Did Adam And Eve Procreate Other Races?**

I do not understand what you are referring to as "so-called errors".
Perhaps you have mine and another poster's comments confused.

** To Mrs. S....
If one goes with the theory that "Adam and Eve" were the first modern day humanoids on this planet; I would think that as in the book mentioned earlier...

They and their progeny cross bred with primitive humans.
Spreading out and settling across the planet they would naturally learn, teach and exchange a mingling of language according to the type of Earth humans they joined.

As for the difference in races?
Same as above with the fact that...
it has been shown in nature for eons that evolution changes body types and adapts creatures to their environments.

Dark and slender/tall peoples would be safer in hot sunlit places with resources scattered afar.
While thick blooded stocky people with narrow eyes would be more suited for surviving in frigid temperatures and blinding snow.

What does that mean exactly?

Non-Christians bring up every scroll and manuscript that has ever been found, which purports to be a gospel, and expect Christians to accept them as authentic without question. The early church had criteria for not including every available writing. The writings excluded did not meet that criteria.

How did Adam and Eve procreate other races? For many years the Department of Defense had an equal opportunity instructor who had brown straight hair, blue eyes, caucasian skin, thin nose, etc. who appeared to be caucasian but both his parents and all his siblings were dark skinned, African American.
<><
As for whether the sites which address and resolve all the so-called errors and contradictions in the Bible, do or do not do that. Fortunately non-Christians who don't know a Hithpael from a hatpin don't get to decide.

I don't think so. I was responding to this comment, which you posted, "inexplicable contradictions through out the entire book."

You will notice that I did not put this in the Christian forum because I did not want them to cliam ownership because it happened to be under a Christian forum. And besides, here, I get more real answers. I like that. I'm all about honesty.
Bright thoughts,
Mrs Whitewater

Sounds to me like you think you will only get "honest" answers on a Christian topic from non-Christians.
