A few ducks to help a war veteran reclaim the peace and calm
that was taken from him while in the service of our country vs.
a quibbling law -- Come on West Lafayette, do the right thing.
James Madison opined that "Where an excess of power
prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe
in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions."
In this instance, respect for this man's most precious
possessions should prevail.
