Affect, not effect - for a so-called "cyber-educator," you certainly don't have a real grasp of the "King's English."
Excuse me sir but your full of xxx!

affect - obsolete : feeling, affection

effect - purport, intent - power to bring about a result

I'm not in the habit of getting into a grammer war with an unarmed man, but you said - and I quote,

"How many black Americans do you think he could possibly effect their thinking on current events?"

Your definitions that you posted are noun usage, not verb.

You used effect as a verb - unfortunately, you also projected to bring about change - as in "their thinking." The definition of the word "affect," used as a verb is "to cause to change in some way." Effect, used as a verb, means "to bring about."

An educator would know the simple difference between the two.

'i' stand my "ground"
even if 'i' am in Indiana not Florida!
But Wisconsin hasn't got any worth standing on.

Nope! that's not correct either:
The state ranks first nationally in the production of corn for silage, cranberries[75] ginseng,[76] and snap beans for processing. It grows over half the national crop of cranberries.[75] and 97% of the nation's ginseng.[76] Wisconsin is also a leading producer of oats, potatoes, carrots, tart cherries, maple syrup, and sweet corn for processing. The significance of the state's agricultural production is exemplified by the depiction of a Holstein cow, an ear of corn, and a wheel of cheese on Wisconsin's state quarter design.

Why do you have the comma and period inside the second quote? Correct usage would put it outside the quote.

So far I have found three errors with your post. There are more.

Shall I continue?
