Work hard at one of my jobs, stacking shelves.
Run around and play with my cousin's children.
Every so often I'll get into a random exercise mood and do a load of starjumps, situps and that for an hour or so; then nothing again for weeks.

Yes, you are right either use it or loose it. Our body is like a car and all the different parts should be working
to make it go. If any tyre is punctured or wiper blade is not working in a rainy day you can't drive it. You need petrol and oil to lubricate all the different parts, you got to drive it to keep all the parts lubricated and electrical
connections in order. Nature have made our body to move and use all the different functions provided.
Physical, sexual, mental, emotional and spiritual sides are there to use and keep your body happy and going.
If you don't use your car for a few weeks it will get sluggish and tyres will not function smooth and round.
So please keep mobile and keep other parts using as well.
