the best part was the safety , it put a kink in the scoring so losing squares could win , like 8&0 .. didn't get back until 36&0 but then Denver pot the kink back in with the two conversion again ..... had to upset the traditional pool winners

One of the reasons I don't bet on sports -- I have NO idea what any of that means.

The weed bowl is over. Seattle fans are a lot higher then the Denver fans right now.

tell me this, the refs called "FALSE START" on Peyton on the safety play. Arent FALSE STARTS whisteled dead immediately when the infraction happens thus killing the play regardless of where the ball went? As much as I love seeing either Manning lose, I thought that was odd.

The refs poor play was eclipsed only by that of the master of big games, Peyton. One could pay off their house betting against Peyton in big games. He is the gift that just keeps on giving.
Even Seattle loves him.

Heard that a guy lost what could have been a bundle and then some when the Broncos went for two. The guy had the Seahaks winning 43-7. Poor guy, literally. Another Peyton lover, don't think so.

the Denver center snapped the ball , but Manning was still in a set position , after the ball went by him did he re-act so in a word it was a fumble

Since the safety is at the end of the play, the false start had to precede it. The question is, why doesn't the false start negate the play and push the Broncos back 5 yards? Instead the refs allowed the safety to stand and treated the false start like a defensive off-sides allowing the play to continue, which I can't recall seeing done to an offense. They could have just picked up the flag and said the ref misspoke. Either way the two points stood. Refs may have messed that up, but Peyton did a whole lot of messing things up himself, and a lot more than just two points worth. Listening to the Hall of Famers on multiple channels the last 24 plus hours, it sure seems like they concur that Peyton screwed the pooch and his legacy along with it. A few said he was at the conversation table for best ever but not really a serious candidate, but now he got pushed down the table and is nowhere close. I was especially hit hard by the one that said, you can't erase a debacle like this from your resume. I don't think Montana and Brady have too much to worry about. Peyton's ducks will only be a yard shorter and a second slower next year, so think he missed his chance, like usual. Seahawks not only intercepted his passes but his legacy as well.

The Broncos' first play from scrimmage started out looking like any other for Denver. There was Peyton Manning barking out his calls, but before he could even finish, center Manny Ramirez snapped the ball,

That was just Manny being Manny. He should have stuck with baseball. Boston fans still appreciate his efforts.

Kind of feel sorry for Manning...heard he had a bet that if he lost the superbowl that he had to change his count from " Omaha!...Omaha!... Omaha!...to" Seattle!... Seattle!... Seattle!..." (kiddin':)

Are you drunk? Why would Seattle even consider taking the penalty? If they did, they would have given away not only 2 points but possession of the ball as well.
Seeing it as I described is not my way, it is the only rational way, it couldn't have been as you said....namely, that the safety happened before the false start. Think for a change. It's called a false start. Focus on the word start. That means it happens at the beginning of the play (or when it started), before the ball is even in the end zone and giving the Seahawks the opportunity for the safety.
The question is...why was it treated as a continuation play vice a stop play type of penalty. Your version simply could not happen. 12 seconds into the play a safety is recorded and you say then the false start occurred. Get a clue.

Your attemp at deflecting is fooling no one, and a pretty poor job at that.
The issue is your saying that on a play that resulted in a safety where a penalty was called for false start, how is it that the play was allowed to continue on. The false start call should have stopped the play but officials allowed the play to continue. You say that the safety occurred before the false start. That could only happen if the false start happened on a subsequent play, not on the play in question. It would also mean that the question of the false start has no discussion value relative to the safety. Telling me to learn to read is a poor deflection for your lack of thinking ability. Learn the game then come back. In maybe a decade or more.
