If you are reading this article, I think you have gotten the trouble-your computer won't boot now. Don't worried, the issue can be fixed easily if you can find a proper solution.
There you can find many informations on the Internet, but which one is the best for you to solve this problem? Let me help you to analyst it. If you are a computer engineer, you are able to find out the causes and fix it right away. But I believe you are not as you are reading this article. So I assume you are know little about the issue like this.Hard drive won't boot can be caused by several factors. First of all, you have to make sure your computer has been provided power. And then examine the hardware, is anywhere broken? If all above is alright you can take the follow steps:

Step 1. Create a rescue boot disc or usb drive
There are kinds of software enable you to fix pc won't boot. Free ones are unstable and always poor in function, you can use them if you don't have any money to purchase a better one. But if possible, I suggest to buy a better one. It is worth to spend a little money and get more convenience.
LiveBoot is one of the best rescue boot software, its program is well designed .But it is expensive compare with the function and unamiable operating interface.
I think Fix Genius is the most appropriate software for you to use. This one owns better price and is multifunctional . You just insert your CD/USB into the computer and click the "burn" button, the process will be done in several minutes.

Step 2.Set computer boot from CD/USB .
Press F2 or Delete to enter into the BIOS during the startup. Choose CDROM or USB Device as the first option for the Boot Device Priority under Boot meun.

Step 3.Fix windows boot failure by created CD/USB
Insert the CD/USB into the computer and restart computer. You will enter into a WinPE systsem with a icon "Fix Genius" on its desktop, double click it to run the software. A friendly operation interface will come up to you, then just follow the directors to rescue your computer. You can finish the whole process within ten minutes.

It is the best one I can find among the solutions. As the time past, it is a time information refresh very quickly, Maybe there is a better one for you to fix windows 7 won't boot, windows 8 won't boot or XP won't boot if you have time to search online. please let me know if you find it, I will be glad with you.

Well.. <ahem>I don't know much about computers:

IF and only IF
you responsibly created, burnt, burnt your back-up as advised by manufacturers and saved ALL of you important files else where...

ONLY IF you did that:

1-unplug the PC including jacks from all electric

2- remove the case of your tower (if you are using a home desktop)

3-there will be an overwhelming about of bus wires, fear not, they are like the spine in the human body, don't YANK IT!

4-with a flashlight unless you've laid it on it's side look for the a round shiny quarter, nickel battery, pop it out with something PLASTIC...

please be aware that this is a PC and although you've unplugged it there will still be residual electric running through it

also remember that you should let it cool down before you get in there... specially if you don't clean it, dust particles accumulate into these electric thingies.. and the "fan" keeps it cool or it's melt everything..

WAIT, back to the subject

-pop out the battery, then replace it..

reassemble your computer and and plug in

YOU have default settings and must re install the software with your emergency discs..

<squirrels hands on hips>Now stop playing with your parents PC!!!

Unless one is a computer expert, take it to the shop as it will likely need a wipe.
