Under current United States law, set forth in the USA PATRIOT Act, acts of domestic terrorism are those which: "(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended—(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States."

The controversial and failed Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 defines homegrown terrorism as the “use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.
To simplify the terminology of this act to the following statement:
Threatened use of force or violence to intimidate the United States government ( "or" ) the civilian population of the United States. Since when was that considered two different things? If people begin to protest our current government
Harry Reid says their [ Domistic Terrorists ]... NOW! do you suppose he came up with that all by his little self
( "or" ) has it been the -talk- of the Democrat party lines? Are they 'in-fact' using this terminology for further actions they have already intentionally decided on by passing the PATRIOT Act and Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007? Are the =femma= camps ( https://www.google.com/#q=fema+camps ) going to be use as Guantanamo concentration camps?
Maybe Ole' Harry let the cat-out-of-the-bag!

Dirty Harry calls Cliven Bundy Supporters “Domestic Terrorists”
*=* He did say the supporters not Clivy *=*
“I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism”

Paul Joseph Watson

Senator Harry Reid has escalated the war of words over the Cliven Bundy dispute, sensationally labeling the Nevada cattle rancher’s supporters “domestic terrorists” during an event in Las Vegas today.

http://www.infowars.com/harry-reid-calls-cliv...

No matter where you stand on the Bundy issue, Reid’s characterization of [[[ American protesters as “domestic terrorists”]]] is chilling and a massive backlash is almost certain to follow.

It also fits the narrative that the federal government has been pushing for years through literature such as the MIAC report, which framed Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag, as potential terrorists. In 2012, a Homeland Security study was leaked which characterized Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.

Federal Bureau of Investigation

18 U.S.C.§ 2332b defines the term "federal crime of terrorism"
"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and
Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.

18 U.S.C.§ 2332b defines the term "federal crime of terrorism" as an offense that:

Is calculated to influence or affect the conduct of government by intimidation or coercion, or to retaliate against government conduct (( even if they shoot 1st???))(relating to killing or attempted killing of officers and employees of the U.S.).

....retaliate against government conduct-???- does that include the republicans subpoenaing and filing formal charges
against democrats with unlawful conduct, perjury, and deception?

I see it as nothing more than "common sense" that an elected official and "certified reporter" be required to take an oath to "tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" in the course of their official duties, and that failure to do so will result in criminal penalties.

You, of course, feel that the "freedom to lie" for elected officials and reporters (news media) is necessary for a free society?

I expected little else from Reid, just look at a little of the liberal history of name calling,,

-Now, according to Democrats, Republicans are “the distinguished gentlemen” who are jihadists, arsonists, blackmailers, terrorists running around with bombs strapped to their chest and worse.
-Democratic Leader Harry Reid threatened,“We’re through playing these little games.”Reid had more choice descriptions for Republicans, calling them “anarchists” and “monkey wrenchers.”
-“When I was in school I studied government. I learned about the anarchists. They were different.… They were anarchists because they were against government at any level.… They did not believe in government. The tea party [doesn't] say we’re against government, but that’s what it amounts to,” he said.
“Local, state, federal, that’s what it’s all about. Anything they can do to throw a monkey wrench in government, they are happy doing that,” Reid charged.
-Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., joined the chorus.“I call them legislative arsonists,” she said.“They’re there to burn down what we should be building up.”
-Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., took the lead in calling members of the GOP “blackmailers.”
-Nadler, nevertheless, said Republicans are like gangsters in a 1930s film
-Obama charged that the GOP was trying to run the United States as a “banana republic.”
-Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., described repealing Obamacare as a “wet dream” for Republicans
-Senior White House Adviser Dan Pfeifer said:“What we’re not for [is] negotiating with people with a bomb strapped to their chest.
-Rep. Bernie Sanders of Vermont asserting “right-wing extremists” who were prepared to “destroy” Obama.
-Obama, in another speech, described the GOP as kidnappers trying to “extract a ransom.”-“We’re diverted totally from what this bill is about. Why? Because the anarchists have taken over,” Reid said on the Senate floor.

That's not to say that there aren't few conservatives who will drop a name or two, but the liberals are the masters of the "trash your opponent" strategy and know that the main stream media will take their trash and run with it..

I listened to Rachel bad mouthing FOX on MSNBC and she spent more time
going over what FOX said than they spent doing it. It was like getting a triple take on FOX news. She did more damage as an affiliate of democratic principles than FOX ever has.

Dr Francis Yeboah, Head of Molecular Medicine at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital says too much heat can affect how the brain works.

He explained that even though the body can absorb some heat, the required body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius, when the body temperature rises above 40 degrees Celsius there is cause for concern.

Dr Yeboah says certain fluids, including the cerebrum spinal fluid are affected when the body absorbs too much heat.

He said when heat stroke, which occurrs especially in the desert areas, struck there was an immediate seizure in the neurons.

Dr Yeboah stressed the need for government to adopt preventive health care by building health posts in rural and deprived areas so that people who suffer illness as a result of the heat would be attended to.

O, for sure 'I' know ALL about DOMESTIC TERRORISTS,

Take, for example, the beady eyed BLUE BOTTLE,
as it silently walks across my sandwich leaving traces
of poison it hopes I will injest.. and cause me agonies
that would put labour pains in the shade!

or ..

the clever WASP that camouflages itself behind
the marmalade pot ..blending in with the deep orange colour,
hoping, when the time is right ... to strike and give me a swollen lip or shut eye!

And ... what of the so-called harmless HONEYBEE that hides and waits patiently
in the heart of my sweet flower bouquet
waiting to stab me and then buzz of unnoticed!

O yes, been there done that, and these domestic sprays
and powders, are no match for the powers and
abilities of these DOMESTIC TERRORISTS:)

This is why you whiners can't be taken seriously. You think all that stuff started in '08, the moment Obama was elected. You chuckleheads had EIGHT YEARS to stop it all when Bush was in office but you bought into two wars and a Patriot Act instead. Nice going.
Uh, Bush's actions were reviewed and given the stamp of approval by Congress.

Yes, the wonderful Patriot Act. Another advancement in tyranny, again approved by Congress, that was cloaked in a fine-sounding name and instigated by the relentless urge of a few Americans to satisfy their 'well, well gotta do SOMETHING' needs with ZERO thought given to whether that 'something' is anything really worthwhile. Oh, and it was extended by - da ta da da - Barack Obama.

Democrats held the Senate majority at the time. They did not oppose the Patriot Act. There was a single Senator who voted in opposition. ONE!

Barack Obama voted in favor of the Patriot Act.
