Ask Donald Sterling. He would have to be the one to file charges, correct?
Probably not worth it to him to go through with it.

Why he didn't file charges in a New York second is beyond me.
Easy... My guess would be he realizes it wouldn't do much for him. Sure he would have the woman arrested. However he would still not get his NBA deal back. It would cost him time and money only put his name in the media even more to be demonized even more. He would have little to gain and it would only make his detractors more hostile and louder. Little gain for his efforts. He's rich and most likely would rather let it blow over and go on to his next stage in life. He amassed his fortune already like you said.

Easy there pops, not worth blowing a gasket over. Where might you get the idea he has been or someone has said he committed any crime?

What you say is flying over their heads. Maybe if you explained how it's possible that a billionaire NBA owner could potentially lose his team over thoughts he expressed in confidence might come to reality. This is why there is confusion. Many don't feel it's just and others pretend they feel it's just when they don't agree with it either.

[/QUOTE] Honestly very little of your posts do I ever read. Most things you write come across as an old guy pissed off at the world and my ignore button flashes.

Well, I guess retaining ownership of the clippers for a long time isn't happening.

Smart move.
