Amtrak plans modified service between Albany and New York due to storm

Amtrak said that it will operate a modified schedule with reduced frequencies between Albany and New York City on Thursday because of the winter snowstorm now making its was up the East Coast. Similar plans are in place for the Northeast Corridor and the Keystone Corridor in Pennsylvania.
Amtrak said it is proactively notifying customers affected by the schedule changes.
