Exactly, this will have a fundamental impact on sports futures if 99% have to curtail to the 1%...it won't really matter till money stops changing hands...then we will see where the owners mindset and opinions really are.

Your posts sound like those of a woman, that's all.
Yes, there is a problem with how such homophobic tweets are handled. Rather than allow the bigots to frame this as a free speech issue, we should invoke the example of a pro athlete expressing kkk views. No one would (publicly) defend a tweet like that as "free speech."
So the discussion is not about free speech. The discussion is whether homophobic bigotry is just as pernicious as racism.
It is in educated circles. And the tee baggrz and fundies are going to learn this one way or another.(Of course they're racists, too, but perhaps not as openly or virulently as the out and out kkk types are.)
Seems odd that you continue to try to defend your attack on what you consider homophobic attacks lead by a continuation of saying that my posts sound like someone of the opposite gender of which I am..This seems disingenuous on a few levels..

~still~

I really don't care what you think about that.

Now to the part of your post that assumes that people that post their opinions about what may go against their personal, religious, etc.. beliefs. I laugh at you ! You play the oldest trick in the book and call yourself clever about it by calling anyone that disagrees with your statement some name. HA !..
You are funny..you attempt shame where none is supposed to be..you truly are so very lost in your search.

I never said women can't marry or serve openly or adopt. I said from your posts I thought you were female. I'm not a misogynist, but based on your political ideas in your posts I bet most women in blue states would find you misogynistic.

Also, we _know_ who the bigots are and what bigotry is. It doesn't matter if fundie rejects and tee baggrz try to offer some bizarre defense that their overt bigotry is "an opinion" or not. And bigots including homophobic ones are offensive to most of the public, to professional sports teams, in corporate America, in higher education and in the entertainment industry.

You're just slow learners that your anti lgbt disorder is considered rank, unacceptable bigotry is all. But a few more firings, a few more rescinded graduation speech invites, a few more canceled shows, a few more boycotts like that against the Beverly Hills Hotel, a few more backtrackings like that attempted by Chick fil A, and even the slowest rubes will figure out how they are regarded.

Unless you want to defend the "free speech" rights of an NFL player posting kkk "personal beliefs." Which you might well wish to....

You appear disordered and hysterical, meaning disordered and over dramatizing.

Homophobes are not "99%." They're a minority now. It's not 1% forcing 99% to stop being rank bigots. Although soon enough the hardcore homophobes might amount to just 1%.

<quoted text>You seem to be assuming an awful lot. No where did I state that I agreed or disagreed with Mr Jones' opinion, nor did I state that I was a follower of the tea party or that I watched Fox news. What I did say was that people are allowed to have their own personal opinions and to express those opinions on their personal Twitter page (although why anyone would have a twitter page is still a mystery to me)
I haven't assumed anything wrongly here.

I read your argument about "freedom to have a personal opinion." You didn't mean the freedom for an NFL player to tweet support for the kkk. So I know how you dismiss rank homophobia. You've made that plain. That's a fundie / tee baggrz thing.

I also have read other posts of yours. They are not the posts of a liberal. They even go as far as Birtherism, which is pretty far gone:

"Gee, who woulda thought that being a repulsive welfare sponge wouldn't pay well? I am truly shocked."

topix dot net /forum/state/ca/TM73DJ4V3UIRF4 EAK/post14

"YES! Just as soon as [Obama] shows his birth certificate, closes GITMO and gets unemployment back under 8%."

Billy R - "So basically you'll vote for him when hell freezes over?"

Since you are not disingenuous, confused trash you can now acknowledge I haven't assumed anything wrongly about your views, as you dissembled that I did.

You need remedial work. Okay.

We know who the bigots are.

It's the ones in this non theocracy trying to bar lgbt people from equal rights in marriage, adoption, military service, employment protections. Though they're in the process of losing.

No one is saying that fundie trash or other homophobes many not marry, serve openly, adopt, be protected from arbitrary firing.

So it was a point about the false equivalence the right wing always relies on: Homophobes and kkk members are bigots. Those calling the bigots out are not themselves bigots. The two groups - bigots, those highlighting bigotry - are not equivalent.

There. Now you can "pretend" to be stu pid again. Even though it's perfectly clear.

Where'd that funny dolt go who finds it offensive when two men kiss on tv but not when two heterosexuals kiss on tv but who is supposedly not singling out lgbt people in her ire.

Now she's got some serious crazy.

You really need to read before you type. You sound like a complete idiot.

If you take a breath and read what I wrote you would see I was making an analogy based on how the majority vs minority statistics in this particular arena are all about playing to the media, that will continue until the money comes into play. It will then change, don't care if you believe that or not. You don't own a multi billion dollar team.

But, actually, you don't really care, you are like a vegan trying the same range of psychology tricks of speech to play people..

Just step up and announce you're homosexual, join the forum here and have some fun, your agenda is bullshyt on this forum, No one really gives a hoot. There is a whole bunch of sex forums sponsored by this web site for you to have fights and try to belittle.if that's your flavour. This one..not so good for ya.

You whined about how the 1% are going to somehow constrain the 99% from voicing their "personal opinions," and I pointed out that your math is a little mixed up, like your sense of reality in general is.

Homophobes are now a minority in Western countries. It's not some majority being constrained when homophobic bigots get upbraided by their employers, as you weirdly claimed.

So simple even a fundamentalist can follow along. After three explanations.

She/it always posts in this manner. 3 years ago I was posting about a horrific wildfire burning out of control near my hometown of Reno Nevada and was detailing how sad it was for the total loss of over 100 homes, cattle and horses and other animals lost to the fire. Out of the blue this crazed female posted how she hoped the fire would not be contained until the entire town was lost in fire.
She claims to be married with children witch I have pity for.

Hope you're having a great spring which carries on through all summer Ms. Grace.

You shouldn't be surprised, given the poster! I have to agree with you Grace, not only is it crude but it is absolutely childish! Again no surprise, some people think crude behavior is acceptable today,,sad! What is even sadder is they have children.

I can't take credit for the used tampon breakfast sandwich as much as I'd like too, it was in an episode of Orange is the New Black. I just stole it.
