Yep! I'm white and if I were walking home at night, minding my own business, some creepy guy I didn't know took such a keen interest in me, and was following me, i'd be concerned for my safety too. If I knew he were armed, even more so.

So, the only person who had a reasonable fear for their safety that night was Martin. Zimmerman caused this ... Got his pussay a$s beat as a result (Cause he isnt shyte without his gun)... then he murdered some kid who was just defending himself.

Coulda been my kid or anyone else's kid. Color of skin makes no difference to me.

Why do pharmaceutical company laboratories now use lawyers rather than lab rats for testing?
... Lawyers breed faster, so there are more of them.
... Lab personnel don't get as emotionally attached to them.
... Lawyers do things rats won't.
... Animal protection groups don't get nearly as excited.
... Some people actually LIKE rats.

Why was he doing that? He wasn't doing that. He was walking through that neighborhood because he was staying at a house in that neighborhood ... His dad's girlfriends house, to be specific ... He was also shot just a few houses away from his destination:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Shooting_...
<quoted text>
So what? If a bunch of white people were robbing houses, should the cops be called in every white person who happens to be walking home through the neighborhood and should some gun nut be following them armed? The only person who posed a danger to anyone that night was Zimmerman ... Fact.
You'd be concerned someone might have bad intent and want to harm you if you were walking home at night and some strange man took such an interest in you and were following you too. Undeniable...
That what caused all of this ... Zimmerman acting like an a$s clown.
<quoted text>
He was walking to the house he was staying at. This isn't even debatable. Given this, it's ridiculous for you to suggest he was casing the neighborhood.
<quoted text>
Problem is, he made Martin reasonably fear for his safety. As such, Martin had the right to defend himself and Zimmerman should have zero recourse to plead self defense. You can't instigate an altercation, make someone reasonably fear that their safety is in jeopardy, then murder them when they defend themselves. That's the law.
You'd fear for your safety too, if some guy was stalking you, as you walked home, alone, in the dark, and were just a boy. Again, undeniable.
<quoted text>
That's Zimmerman's version of events, and he is highly motivated to lie. Lets assume Zimmerman initiated, do you think he'd really admit to that knowing he'd go to jail (and would certainly end up a prison b1tch) if that came to light? So in the absence of corroborating evidence (and there is NONE when it comes to Martin being the one who initiated it ... in fact all the evidence shows that zimmerman went out of his way to confront Martin, disobeyed the police in the process, targeted Martin cause of his skin color and that Martin was scared) you take what he says with a grain if salt.
If Martin were White OR Zimmerman Black we would most likely never heard of this case.

I Pose this. WHY does the media persist in showing Martin's photo as a 13 year old rather than the age he was when killed? WHYn does the media and others persist in calling him a child or a boy. ANY other time THAT term would raise hackles of racism in certain quarters.

FYI: I am not hot or cold on Zimmerman. If a jury of his "peers"(which he does NOT have)find him guilty its his azz and more power to him. If found NOT guilty how long will it take for that South Florida town to resemble Watts? You know,the faux outrage over the injustice followed by the riots and looting.

Biased? LOL The recent expansion of the Castle Doctrine in 12 or so States is bad law. This bad law would seek to expand the traditional time-honored right of an individual to protect his home to wherever he was, well away from the home.

So, based on that bad law, they'll argue that Zimmerman could shoot an unarmed kid, nowhere near Zimmerman's home, and claim that he did so in self-defense. Yes, I'd believe it's a bad law, if the Martin kid was White, Hispanic, Asian...

Bahadoor said she heard running outside her home “from left to right.” When she looked out of her sliding glass door, she saw arms “flailing.” Her description of the arms made it unclear whether they were exchanging blows or high fives. She claimed that she heard someone yell “No!” and grunting incoherently. She then said that she left the room to turn off her stove, which is something that most people would do in the middle of a deadly argument. That’s when she heard a gunshot. Attracted by the sound of gunfire, Bahadoor looked outside and saw a body on the ground. She then went back to her veal bolognese or whatever she was cooking.

In his cross examination, O’Mara attacked Bahadoor for never mentioning the left-to-right business in any of her three previous interviews. The left-to-right travel is a very big deal, since if Zimmerman was going from left to right, then he was moving away from his vehicle and not back to it as he claims. O’Mara also showed that Bahadoor “friended” the “Justice for Trayvon” Facebook page and signed its petition to have Zimmerman arrested. I think O’Mara did a nice job of cross examining a very well prepared witness and putting her credibility seriously into question.

Yes, it makes perfect sense that some wanna be cop, who only has an ounce of courage when he has his gun, but outside of that is as courageous as little girl, would go out of his way to stalk some kid just because he happens to be black, disobey the police in the process, would then suddenly retreat and go back to his car. And it makes sense that some kid, who was walking back to his redence after buying candy at a convenience store, who was on the phone and scared, with corroborating testimony to boot, would double back and confront the guy who was frightened of. If you believe that, you are so naive, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.
I think you are just a gun nut and a racist one at that and get off on folks being murdered, cause it makes you feel big and tough and without your gun, you've lived your life as a pu$$say who is constantly in fear of his safety.
Newsflash, of course, Zimmerman would say he retreated and Martin was the actual aggressor. He doesn't want to go to jail for murder. What do you expect him to say ... yes, I started the confrontation ... killed the kid ... and should go to jail, where I will be without my gun, will be naturally treated like the defenseless pussay that genetics made me be, and be a prison b1tch for the next 15 years of my life? You'd do the same thing and lie, cause you, like Zimmerman, are nothing but a little pussay without your gun.

Blacks make up 15 % of the Country.......... and 55 % of America's incarcerated. This proves beyond a shadow of doubt, that there is more than a modicum of value in racial profiling.

"It's not fit for the purpose of voice comparison," Nakasone said.

Nakasone also said guessing a person's age by voice is "complicated" in general, and it was impossible to determine with the 911 sample he heard.

But under cross-examination by defense attorney Don West, Nakasone said there was a risk of increased listener bias if people trying to identify a voice are listening to a sample in a group, as Martin's parents did, rather than individually.

I think Don may have passed the Fla Bar,....

Racial Profiling is like stereotyping. They both exist because they are based on statistically high occurrances with the targeted groups. That doesn't mean that people outside the targeted group won't exhibit the same observable trait, it merely means that if you are looking for a specific trait,(In this case, trouble maker night crawlers, aka prowlers)

) you're more likely to find it within the profiled or stereotyped group.
Example:
Not all Muslims are terrorists, but most terrorists are Muslim. Therefore if you are looking for terrorists, it makes sense to watch Muslims more closely than 85 year old grandmothers, or 3 year old one legged kids in wheelchairs.

Florida Circuit Judge Debra Nelson has declared a number of items off-limits for now to jurors who will decide if Zimmerman, 29, is guilty of second-degree murder in shooting death of Martin, 17.

They include:

•A photo in which Martin shows his gold teeth to the camera while sticking up his middle fingers.

•Martin’s school records, which include a suspension from his Miami high school -- less than a month before his altercation with Zimmerman – for possessing a baggie with marijuana residue.

•Texts and photos from Martin’s cellphone that refer to or show firearms. "U gotta gun?" reads a text from Martin's phone, sent eight days before his death. The defense cited a photo of a hand holding a gun, taken with Martin’s phone, and another picture of a gun on a bed.

•Texts with marijuana references, and photos that show Martin blowing smoke and what appear to be marijuana plants.

•Texts and video that suggest that Martin was involved in organized fights.

Hope the Jury gets to see these after they deadlock,...

Is it any wonder that a growing number of Americans now believe that the majority of Blacks are suspect of being animal like ... physically, or perhaps, slightly sub-human.
