I eat horse but I stay away from the tailmeat, it sometimes smells a bit odd due to it's location on the horse.

<quoted text>The biggest problem with horsemeat is not knowing the source. Retired race horses have had a career of being treated with all manner of drugs for diseases, injuries and other medical conditions. No one knows how long this stays in the system,so if a horse is retired and then immediately sold to a killer the meat will still be medicated and this can pass into the food chain. It is also a problem for the pet food industry. Otherwise horse is a good meat source, coarser and leaner than beef with its own distinctive "sweet-ish" flavor/taste.
True. I was referencing the recent story about the sausage that had horsemeat, but it was not labeled as such.
Some native Americans loved and savored horsemeat, some cultures enjoy it. Native Americans have many legends involving the turtle, one says the land started on the back of a turtle in a vast body of water. Seems to indicate knowledge of the curve of the Earth's surface and that most of the planet is water. Just sayin'

But you talk about coconuts, and you're feeding me limes?
Different remedies you're giving to me, but nothing's working

WOW! Did I just impress myself or not, a good memory is worth more than millions!

Patricia Blair - an American television and film actress, primarily on 1950s and 1960s television

They said my twin was Roy Rogers but that can't
be he was 34 years older than I was.

PS:'i'm so proud of 'myself'
