Well, while everything this individual writes could be accurate and true, given his position, he cannot be viewed as an objective source.

So, the question has to bubble up: Is this story about a school; or a disgruntled former student?

Beats me...

Of course it's a business enterprise. What would you expect?

I have to agree, teachers are these days a lazy bunch that are in it for themselves, the great wages, retirement package, and times off.
I say this because I have seen it more and more.
This coming from a Canadian catcher's mitt that's never held any source of gainful employment in its life.
They do not care about their students, starting at the kindergarten level.
Try telling that to the spouses of the teacher's that saved numerous lives at Sandy Hook Elementary School - and then used their bodies as shields.

You know absolutely nothing about educators or education.

People did that in the recent shootings in one of your theaters,, and they were not teachers...lol!
Troll someone else loser.
Sandy Hook Elementary School is not a movie theater you twit. Really bad analogy - and a red herring.

It's a school, with teachers, desks, pencils - but of course I wouldn't expect you to know that.

**********

As a gunman's terror gripped a Connecticut elementary school on Friday, killing 27 people, 20 of them children, several teachers on the scene acted with heroism. One most likely saved an entire class by quickly ushering students into a closet.

"[The teachers] will be applauded for their efforts," an ABC newscaster said during the station's live video report Friday afternoon, citing conversations with sources. "There was no screaming, which indicates just how carefully these teachers carried this out this afternoon."

Harrowing images recorded outside Sandy Hook Elementary School show children exiting the building in single-file lines, guided by their teachers. Officials identified the gunman, who took his own life, as Adam Lanza, 20, according to CNN.

Not surprised it went over your fat head. Put the beer down or you will do yourself another injury..lol! I can't be bothered wasting my precious time talking or trying to reason with a fool such as you. You want to fight,, play with yourself, you are used to that.
More red herrings.

Why am I'm not surprised that I give you an opportunity to defend your position and you resort to the only methods you know.

Nothing like a dancing Canadian catcher's mitt.

I highly doubt that you do as well!!!!
And yes I do know a few teachers, as well as a retired principal, who feels the same as I do about teachers these days. Also I see what goes on, or lack of what goes on in schools as I have grand children that are in school. Also you all whine about your freedoms, and I have a right to mine,, that is for your information, and right to my opinion. If you do not like it, too bad, if I have offended you..a shit I do not give.
As I said to the other poster on here who thinks he deserves a reply of decency, then he should start out as in kind. Not incendiary, insulting etc. Or you get it back, then ignored. I don't waste my time with those that that is all they got, insults and such. Because to me they are not worth the time, it is a waste of my time, and common sense.
u do realize ur comment about deserving a reply of decency - works both ways. here u are attacking me because obviously u "think" my reply to u was said in a negative way, which by the way, u are wrong! and wrong again about my being offended! and then on top of that u start talking about freedom, whining etc etc. which has Nothing to do with any of my post.
maybe, just maybe If ur angry at some other poster for what he said, maybe, just maybe You should keep it right there and not take it out on other people!
and the only thing u are right about is - no i dont know all teachers BUT i do know one, one in which i know for a fact is a wonderful teacher, and THAT is the reason for my response to u AND i too have a right to MY opinion- so if i have insulted YOU.. a shit I do Not give!!!

I have two close family members that are teachers, They could make FAR more money in a number of different fields, but they teach because they feel like they're making a difference. Plus, the hours they put in can be amazing, they work far more hours than most people realize.
