Good mornin' Cindy and (Pals)... nice clean sun shining day outside .. probably already in mid to upper 70s ...NO breeze ... ahhhhhh the calm before the storm ... we are gettin' a cold snap this afternoon about the time I'm headed to the airport ... should get down to 50s 60s ... & I heard a light freeze overnight ... I'll be in southern Cali for a couple of weeks .... have a little league meeting tomorrow night 1830hrs and a District meeting on Sunday 1800hrs at the VFW ... I am tryin' to get "in" with people I met at the last 3 day conference in San Bernadino ... I've turned my sister and B-I-L to it in Houston and they are joining a LOCAL chapter ... so I hope to also find a LOCAL chapter in the greater Austin metropolitan area and/or outlying areas .. the GOAL ... to get ALL involved and NOT just a select few as in the Cal Ripken program which is "elite" ... they only want the best players & they DO NOT get to play in the Little League series but have their own championship series ... guess if you can't relate all this mumbo jumbo means nothing other than the fact I may have found my calling ... there are 162 game played in pro-ball MLB ... I watch about 161 of those games ... so yeah, I can relate to the NASCAR group, haha .....
So bottom line, Cindy ...I'm headed back out to Kookoofornia tonight 1830hrs and get there 2230 Pacific time so I got to get movin' & groovin' if I'm gonna catch that flight .... if I get access to a computer I'll check back in ... in the meantime, Love and arms around ya ... >>gives you a noogie<< Hearts..........FC
