It sounds to me like the family has run out of Michael's money and need an infusion.
Maybe we should all contribute...

I think it is really hard for most people to accept that someone has died.

and when it is obvious that others saw what was going on, and were only concerned with trying to make money.... makes it harder.

I'm sure his family also feel guilt, for maybe they SHOULD have seen it, too...

sorry, I can't jump on the judgment train with this. Life (and death)are hard for everyone. Money or lack of it doesn't change the struggles we all go through.

but that's just me and my little opinion.

nope, not at all.

I wanted to sue the doctor that 'fired' my late husband as a patient when he weighed 72 pounds....yeah, we were forced into an emergency situation to find a doctor that was willing to take on a patient that was in the midst of dying..

I did not want money, but I did want that SOB to suffer in a way he could relate to. bastard.

I did not choose to sue because I wanted to not live in that pain anymore, but I still have some pretty raw feelings of anger towards the douche-bag.
Maybe I am over-relating with this family and giving them qualities they do not share with me, not sure. I just have trouble thinking that it all boils down to money with most people.(and I could very well be wrong)

That is unbelievable. I'm so sorry you had to go through such a horrid ordeal. You need to vent more!
Injustice is becoming part of life.

It sounds like an open and shut case. But we never know what a jury will do - or a judge.
I don't want to get all religious on you here, but that was all there was at the end of our Savior's mortal life. The smallest thing was having people spit in his face. I don't know how I would handle it.

sorry did not mean to go on, it has been a few years now and I'm not really angry anymore (unless I dwell on it, which I choose not to do)

I was only making a point that even though people may appear to be one way (greedy, etc.) things are not so cut and dried with grief and loss and our whole human condition. thanks for the thoughts! have a great day

Could I but comfort you with a warm hug, my dear; I surely would.

Whatever else ..
He was an a,axing dancer..

I penned this the night he died..

'MJ Twinkletoes'

'Feet
twirling, like a humming top
spinning across the stage

Creating sparks of magic..
footsteps .. light as air ..

As he danced down the
hallways ..

and .. pathways ..'til the end.

lighting up each cobblestone
with sunlight
as he went.

But Michael danced with the shadows too
they shaded all his face..

as he drifted farther ... and farther..

Until .. in the end

NO ONE could tell

who the man was .. in the mirror'
