Wow really. This is really sad that the media goes to these lengths to tarnish the President on even the smallest issue. I should do a report on journalists who do not wear seatbelts.
I see FCN employees driving around on public roads not wearing thier seatbelts all the time, if I had known they were going to make a big deal out of this I would have taken thier picture, but I bet they would not run that story.

I mean really, some of the stories FCN comes up with are complete insults to journalism.
This is not "news"- idiots.

Anytime the president farts it is news! I just wish this were the worst thing George W. had done during his tour of duty!

It's fascinating that with the wide variety of ways George Bush is setting a historically crappy example of how a government official should act, that you're still hung up on a little oral sex from a decade ago.
I don't consider oral sex in the White House as a little thing to start with. And wether it be a republic or democratic President it would make no differnce, it's still wrong! It's fascinating to me that a small thing like driving without a seat belt on your own property can be made into such a big deal(which I'm sure we have all done) yet sex in the white house is okay. Talk about beinghippocites but then that's liberals for you!

Hold on there, "tour of duty" is used to describe military service, and given Bush's spotty service record, let's just go with "term of office" instead, ok?:-)

When news got out that the US president was being investigated for oral sex in the White House, we became the laughing stock of Europe. They figured a national leader *without* a mistress was an oddity, and to prosecute a leader for getting a little on the side was the height of prudishness.

Maybe you belong in an earlier era, when women couldn't show their ankles in public.

Meanwhile the story died the day after it broke. Only this board remains, and nobody is reading it.

So tell me about what a big deal it was.

Please. Don't be one of those idiots who thinks that one political party is riddled with faults while the other is perfect. I could post a list of rightwing hypocrites that challenges the maximum post length rule on this website if it comes down to it.

You're quibbling.
Both politicians set bad examples.
If there's a difference, it's that driving without a seatbelt was about the worst thing Corzine has done during his term, while driving without a seatbelt is about the most innocuous thing Bush has done during his term.
You are the one who is quibbling. There is no example to be set.

Bush has no obligation to wear the belt on private property.

This is not news.

You forgot to mention that consensual sexual contact between 2 adults isn't against the law, but driving without a seatbelt is. There's you true difference!!
actually, getting a BJ while driving without a seat belt on private property is NOT against the law.

and i believe that getting a BJ on government property is somehow wrong. it may not be a crime and we can only hope Bill got a skeeter on his peter to remember his indiscretion.

every little itch reminds him of the witch.

I never said that one party is riduled with faults and the other is not, both parties have coruption going on. You were the one who made the comment that it is about Government officials showing a good example so I simply brought out "ONE" of Clintons many fine examples if you want to go there! And I am by no means a prude but I do believe there are some places where you should have morals and the White House happens to be one of them! So if you want to be nasty, talk about idiots. End of my post on the subject, cause you aren't worth wasting my time on!

To Dee A,
Re: The man is a complete putz.
Actually I think he's less than half a
putz. A complete putz has a much larger
brain capacity, and at least serves
it's primary function.
