Hi Fisherman. Yeah, I know. Irritating Spell Check is like racing the GPS. LOL. I have a nephew that loooooves to race the GPS. He sees the ETA as a challenge, rather than a statement of fact.<quoted text>
I think they should take that red squiggly line out from under your "de-stress"- doh! It's still there! A nice night out sounds great, glad you got one. My in-laws always took Friday night out, to get off by themselves, and away from their 4 kids, no matter what. They stayed married until my father-in-law passed away, so maybe it helped?
Speaking of trips. I hadn't been on a plane for years. Escorted my son last week for minor surgery. Flew on 911 over and Friday the 13th back! Made it back in one piece!(wait a minute, something might be crooked)
Date night is really important in a relationship--or a time by themselves anyway. My folks used to drink coffee every morning--by themselves. Always seemed a time to go over the challenges of the day, catch up on what was going on with the kids, and each other, a chance to dream--yeah--dreams are important, even if you have been married a long time.....
Glad to hear your son's surgery was minor. I suppose if you have to have surgery, minor is better than major. I don't usually fly when I travel--most of the trips are within driving distance. I could fly into Chicago, but there's usually a 3 hour layover in Detroit, and I usually have so much junk to bring back, it's just easier to drive. I like driving. Jump on the interstate, set the cruise and go.
Have a super one--whatever you decide to have....LOL
