Saturday I was pretty sore but not as sore as I was on Sunday so I took off that day too but today, back to the gym ... back to torturing myself, LOL ... still working on upper body strength ... still only able to lift 10#'s but that's better than nothing, right?...

Good morning Flower. Sounds like you had a really good workout. I should do that more often, but just can't find the time to fit it into the schedule, you know? Maybe when Summer gets here, I'll be able to, but we'll see.....

Let's see, Jack came by to visit Cooper yesterday. Cooper hasn't done much all week, except be stay in his doghouse. I suppose it's too cold to do much else--even terrorizing the cats.
