Earlier this week, Montreal city councilor Benoit LaDouce proposed a bylaw that would require all dogs in public parks to be bi-lingual. According to Mr. LaDouce, "Dogs parks in our city are chaotic and communication is at the heart of the conflict." In his mind, K9/citizen relations would be more harmonious if dogs in public spaces understood commands in both English and French.

I'm surprised that wasn't Florida. Sounds like something our politicians would support.

You can knock off that shtick now as I only thought at one time that you and HPR were one and the same as another of your adversaries suggested. Just to set the record straight, it wan't Brigette who tipped me off to post #281. Another poster made mention that there was a post where you said something to HRP about your mother as if she never heard it before which would be very inconsistent with addressing a twin. I was not given the thread or post number. That I obtained with either blekko or Google search leading me to a post where the link was posted and I clicked on the link and found post #281. Your mention of something French in a post where you made mention of what I found leads me to believe you may have thought Brigette tipped me off. I never had a pm with Brigette that I can recall and certainly not about post #281.
