Worms and Mud

Ingredients
1/2 Gal. Rocky Road ice cream
1 package dark chocolate cookies
1 package Gummy worms
8 Flat Bottomed ice cream cones

Make them:
1.Let ice cream sit at room temperature till soft almost melted.
2.Put cookies in a zip lock bag and crush them into crumbs.
3. Gently fold the cookie crumbs into the ice cream.
4. Set up ice cream cones on a cookie sheet or tray. Place 3 Gummy worms in each cone, draping them over the sides. Fill each cone with cookie ice cream mud.
5.Set filled cones in freezer till serving.

Now you have some mud and worms to eat when you're feeling unappreciated.

Best summer recipe ever and no cooking required

Scallop ceviche

1 pound bay scallops
8 limes, juiced
2 tomatoes, diced
5 green onions, minced
2 stalks celery, sliced

1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Rinse scallops and place in a medium sized bowl. Pour lime juice over the scallops. The scallops should be completely immersed in the lime juice. Chill the lime juice and scallops all day or overnight until scallops are opaque.

Empty 1/2 of the lime juice from the bowl. Add tomatoes, green onions, celery, green bell pepper, parsley, black pepper, olive oil, and cilantro to the scallop mixture. Stir gently. Serve this dish in fancy glasses with a slice of lime hanging over the rim for effect.

Sunflower Cheddar Crackers

1 1/2 cups raw, chelled sunflowers seeds
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 teasspoon sal1/4 cup water

preheat oven to 325 degrees
in a food processor with theS blade attached, grind the sunflowers seeds to a fine meal
Add the cheddar and salt and pulse the processor 6 to 8 times to blens. Add the water, and pulse until a dough ball forms
cove your cookie sheet with a piece of baking parchment turn the dough out onto the parchment tear off another sheet of parchment and put ontop of the dough
Though the top sheet of parchment, use your hands to press the dough into as thin and even a sheet and you can take your time to get the dough quite thin the thiner the better so long as there are no holes in the dough peel off the top layer of parchment use a thin, sharp stright-blade knife or a pizza cutter to score the into squares or diamonds
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes peel off the parchment and break along the scored lines and let the crackers cool and store them in a container with a tight lid and enjoy

Humble Coffee

In a pot with rolling hot water
crumble, crack, in your fingers or
with a small mallet cinnamon sticks
place in the water for 10 minutes.

Use a strainer to catch the sticks as
you pour your water into your coffee
cup. Of course I hope you've added the coffee at the bottom, with sugar if you like or honey.
Stir and maybe add a little milk to help cool it down or simply wait til it cools a bit but enjoy that cinnamon coffee aroma.
