"N-Word" Shows Up in Computerized Typing Program

Monica Loadholdt was using Perfect Typing Pro, a software program made by Cosmi, when the "N-word" showed up in one of the typing exercises. "I just stopped," Loadholdt said. "I said, 'What did I just type here?'"

Once again we have to hear about the N-word. When blacks comedians uses the N-word it is funny, but let a white comdian say that word all hell breaks lose. For years that short runt on TV used to refere to whites as hoonkies. Well I find that offencive. If blacks can use the N-Word, everyone should be able to, if not it is called discrimanation. It was orginally developed for Rappers who could not spell - basically most of them because any education past the 8th graade is a waste. When the company decided to go big they did not modify the program. I have no doubt that other demeaning slang terms used in typical Rap Lyrics are common in this program. I think they sent a free copy to Al Sharpton for him to write (say) his speeches with.

I wouldn't use the word out of simple courtesy and respect for my fellow human beings; but, this DOES show the power of PC Speech Control. Perhaps there are EIGHT words you can't say on TV? No wait, I heard that word (MANY times) during an HBO Comedy special.

it is a legal word of the English language that has been bastardized into its current form.
