HANG HIM!!!!!!!!!!

He's probably from a dirty liberal family. After they hang him, he should get beheaded, flogged, drawn and quartered then burned at the stake. If he didn't have the money to rent a tux, he was too poor to go to the prom.

Damn liberals, always wanting something for nothing.

HANG HIM!!!!!!

As co-counsel, I will point out that he only borrowed it. He would have returned it after the prom.

I could also use the defense that he was obligated to report the crime but was arrested before being able to do so. Hey, that worked in a traffic case. A drunken man was in a parking lot with a car. Officers observed him using the car to play with the guy wire on a pole. He'd drive toward the wire, take it out of gear, and bounce off of it, and do it again. One argument the lawyer couldn't make was that he wasn't actually "driving" since the state defines driving for the purposes of DWI as sitting in the driver's seat with the engine running, and that the private property argument was irrelevant. But how the lawyer got it thrown out was that he claimed the police forced his client to commit a crime. The law says you have 3 days to report "accidents" involving public utilities and that the police failed to allow him to do so. The judge threw it out. Accident hell, he deliberately drove into the supporting wire numerous times.

I guess he was "Formally" charged and will now be given the opportunity to redress.

i feel bad for the kid. here in this miserable state of pencianna the girls get togather and sell the prom dresses. the guys should sell the tuxes. together is what it is all about. not togather
