Man gets 90 days for shouting 'Heil Hitler' at judge

A self-proclaimed white supremacist was sentenced to 90 days in an Indiana jail for shouting "Heil Hitler!" during a court hearing...

Let's compromise--he can get a psych eval or we can just lobotomize him--which is a minor operation in his case.

When he is convicted, let's put him in a prison block with nothing but black and hispanic cons. Let's see how bravely he spouts his white supremacist garbage then.

WTF does civil rights have to do with it? Anyone who shouts something at a judge can get slapped with contempt if the judge wants to do it. There have been people give 30 days just for saying "Your Honor, this is unfair" without being called on by the judge. Black Panther Bobby Seale kept acting up and speaking out of turn there, so the presiding judge famously had him bound and gagged after citing him for contempt. He wasn't too disruptive after that!
