QuiteCrazy Level 6 Since: Jan 12 11,687 Location hidden	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2228 Dec 6, 2012 Cappuccino, though I would prefer a tea You're a police officer and giving a ticket for speeding to TWO cars for racing down the expressway: one car is full of college students that were just flirting, they weren't going more than 10 over the speed limit and they are apparently not doing drugs or alcohol and very very cooperative the other car is full of raucous college students as you approach but it all dies down, they are silent and hand over all the info that is required but apparently just as calm if not more than the the other car... you don't need to fill a quota and you can tell they are "good" kids... give them BOTH tickets or "scare" tactics and let them off with a warning if they check out to have no priors?
