Check out the movie Serenity, based on the Firefly tv show.
That's what started me looking for the series.

Actually I love the movie.
Casting is great.

I had never heard of the movie until I stumbled across it searching through NETFLIX the other day. Thought it was an awesome movie.

I went back and watched as many of the series
as I could find.
Not bad. Shouldn't have been canceled.
I found out how popular it was after this years
Comicon (sp?). They have a Huge following. Kids
(and adults) who call themselves "Brown coats"
after the show. Very cute:)
The "Firefly" series was great, as was the movie, "Serenity." Joss Whedon, who produced the "Buffy and the Vampire" Series, directed all of them. Whedon also very recently directed the "Avengers" movie, which I also liked.

On topic, an under-rated cheesy movie: "Dead Man" - Johnny Depp

Speaking of Johnny Depp how about 'Ed Wood'.

I'm not sure if that movie qualifies, but its about a producer whose movies would qualify..........

"Pride and Prejudice," 1995. It's actually HILLARIOUS, if you watch another movie called "Gigli" right before. There are MANY similiarities. Gotta watch the one right after the other, though, or you won't get the jokes.

Tango and Cash.

Cheesier than the Cheetoh's cheetah and plenty of Hollywood violations of the laws of physics. Yet it is still entertaining.

Best guess is Kurt Russell saved that movie.
