Whiny much, with comments like: "there is an absolute segmentation in our society?" No sh1t, Sherlock! Thanks for confirming you believe cultural differences alone are sufficient justification for this kill.
Why so thin-skinned about the term "creepy ass cracker?" You afraid that you might be one?:) Lie to all of us and tell us you've never used the c or n words about blacks? Tell us, have you, yes or no?
We get it, you're afraid of black ppl and you don't feel comfortable around a segment of them! Congratulations! They don't want to hang out with you either! Hail, I don't want to hang out with you!:D
You don't know fellow white ppl who use cuss words 95% of the time? Come on! Do I talk like that? No! Do you? Maybe? Are profanity and racism still too commonplace in blacks and whites? Yes they are!
All the what-ifs in the World do not alter the reality. An unarmed black minor is dead. A jury has spoken. Based on a bad FL law and the shooter's version of the incident, the jury found him Not Guilty.
Since I had no takers above, I'll ask you this: At what point did TM lose his own right to "stand his ground?" He had one, under the FL law! Or do you believe these laws only protect the armed participant?

Zimmerman (whose mother is Peruvian) killing a black person is worthy of demonstrations, endless hand-wringing sessions on endless editions of endless news cycles, and the endless wrath of Al Sharpton. Zimmerman has been labeled "white" by virtue of his father. Hmmm. So THAT is what makes Obama "black".

Anyway.

Aaron Hernandez, late of the NFL, allegedly killed a Black Man. Seems there is all sorts of evidence. But where is the outrage? Demonstrations? Reverend Al? Is it really OK for an actual "Hispanic" to kill a Black Man? Or is it just more productive to keep the attention on a supposedly "white" person committing that "crime"?

Nope, not gonna lie.. I know all the letters, and the words they spell.. and you won't catch me using the N-word, you'll catch me using ALL of the letters in the FULL word... You don't get a damn thing other than what the race-baiters force feed you to believe... You obviously don't have a voluntary firing neuron to make up your own mind, so you'll spew the same old rhetoric they pumped up your sunshine chute... and it flops out the same as their... sheet has a distinctive sound when hitting the floor.. much like every post you make...

How is it that you missed the fact the SYG wasn't used in this case? No justification needed for standing his ground.. the evidence spoke loud and clear... SYG wasn't a part of this... are you that f-truckin-dense?

I'm am SO glad you asked this question.. TM NEVER lost his right to stand his ground.. in fact.. he chose to do so when he confronted GZ and asked why he was following him. He demanded to know what GZ was up to.. but instead.. TM began an assault on GZ..

hit the pause button here...

GZ hadn't committed any crime and up til now, neither had TM... so let's assume both are innocent at this point...

play button....

TM begans to beat the hell out of GZ.. all things in evidence... busted nose and busted head.. etc....

pause button again....

one of these two guys are now a victim of an assault... evidence says it was GZ.. but.. we'll hold that for a minute

play again.....

GZ gets his head bashed into the sidewalk repeatedly... and hit in the head/face by TM (evidence)...

pause again....

at this point... one of these two is yelling for help... logic has to tell you the guy on top beating the crap out of the other fella don't need help... so wouldn't that convince you to believe the guy on the bottom needs the help???

play again.....

BOOM.... dead TM

Trayvon stood his ground, and he lost. GZ reacted like almost everyone one of us would have if we were getting the life beat out of us... if we had a gun, we would have reached for it and stopped the assault.. Maybe some of you pansy-azzed liberals would have waited for the cops to come to fix it, but it would probably have been the M.E. to draw a chalk outline of your azz....

I mean come on, we all "know" OJ did it and walked. We also all know Zimmerman was an overzealous, wannabe crime stopper who acted well above his pay grade provoking a fight he couldn't win without capping someone. But that's ok?

And you believe that Zimmerman was "honest about events" the night he shot and killed Trayvon Martin?

When i heard Jon Good's testimony, that backed up George's account of events....Important, especially since, Good had never met George.....Most all the other evidence followed the same account of events.....This was'nt a real debatable chain of events....

Do you believe Zimmerman was "honest about events" that night?

Good testified...the person on top was engaged in an "MMA-style" move of "ground round and pound". The witness also said during testimony that the person on the bottom was unable to move under a flurry of punches..

I ask...How did Zimmerman get the 9mm out of its holster?

How was Zimmerman able to get his hand on the grip of his gun with Martin on top of him? Zimmerman had to be laying on his gun, if he was on his back, as he claimed. Zimmerman claimed that his shirt pulled up at some point during the struggle, allowing Martin to see the his gun. Zimmerman was wearing both a shirt and a jacket over his gun. Did both garments pull up together to expose the gun? If that was the case, wouldn't the gun, and/or the holster have been wet, had grass stains on them, or grass embedded in them, as Zimmerman's jacket was? Did the police test for grass residue on the gun and holster? Looks pretty clean and dry in the evidence photo. How was Martin able to see Zimmerman's gun when he was on top punching, slamming, and smothering him when the gun was located at Zimmerman's back and underneath him, and quite likely located underneath, and/or behind Martin's seated position on top of Zimmerman?
Zimmerman's gun was located over his right buttocks. That's where a right handed person would locate it. If Martin was on top of Zimmerman, and going for his gun, Martin would have to have been doing it with his left hand. Was Martin left handed? How was Martin able to twist his hand around Zimmerman's back to get a grip on the gun? Remember, Mark Osterman said that Zimmerman told him, "Somehow I broke his grip on the gun when the guy grabbed it between the grip and hammer." How is that possible given the location of Zimmerman's pistol grip with Martin on top of him? That would be tough for Martin to manage left handed; even tougher right handed.
I think Mark Osterman, with George Zimmerman's help, used their knowledge of police forensics and evidence to constructed a greatly embellished account of what happened in order to protect Zimmerman.

Au contraire...there's room for real debate.

No way is Zimmerman following Martin without his hand already on his holstered or pocketed gun.

I think that is a given..but JMHO.

Yes I do...that my opinion don't matter none.

However..I don't believe George Zimmerman was honest about the events of that night. He lied about the events of that night. The state couldn't prove shit about the events of that night. I believe Zimmerman was scared shitless about events of that night...is scared shitless and for the rest of his life..George Zimmerman will be scared and looking over his shoulder..as well he should..all because of his actions which caused the events of that night. He followed a young man...a young man Zimmerman ASSUMED to be up to no good... who George Zimmerman ASSUMED to be on drugs or something. Trayvon Martin never had a voice in the events of that night. At the very least i got you all...all riled about the events of that night to give a little thought to just how Trayvon Martin must have felt about the events of that night with George Zimmerman following him with a gun that night.

Trayvon Martin is dead and can't cry out for Justice.

I am through now..I think.

Assume whatever the F#%K you want.
