They were both at fault by equal measure.

Yes it was his right to. What he chose to do after he exited it is the matter at issue and forever open to conjecture, since he, by his own admission. killed the other witness to his aleged azz kicking!

George Zimmerman, to save his own chunky hide, will forever be self-labeled as an adult, scaredy cat wimp who couldn't defend himself against a minor. Let's chalk that up as a "W", shall we. LMAO at him.

Thank you, LIM. I could/can be benevolent. Nothing makes me happier than to see a fine running machine. Takes a lot of work, some serious adjusting. But at the end...is the hummmm...that makes it all worth while.

But! You do know, I tend to be a tad heavy handed.

I am going to agree with another poster while I am posting.
I agree, they were both wrong. Now, everyone else is taking their shot at being just as wrong.

There are only 2 winners in this case, the attorneys and the press, neither of which I would deem as being credible...
Only 2 people knows what really happened that night and 1 of them is dead...

<quoted text>Yes, you had an idea how legally this would play out and how the lawyers would use the law in Zimmermans defense, now admit it was sad and Zimmerman was wrong if we'd all use some common sense here. That's what this thread is about, people upset because common sense lost yesterday. It's ok, you can do it, you're not a lawyer anymore.
I told everyone way back very 1st thread the state had no case...however common sense prevailed as he was found guilty on revenge or let go on revenge

In the course of his 'duty', he was instructed to NOT exit his vehicle, tally.

Well the 16 year old Trayvon was clearly armed with a packet of Skittles candy and a bottle of ice tea, so this made "THE BIG MAN" (with gun) Zimmerman very fearful of his life.

Just like in some other cases they could at least have lessor changes for cases where the jury can't seem to figure out that someone died at the hands of another. In this case give Zimmerman at least 5 years for not following the advice of the 911 operator, and just let the cops take over the clearly very dangerous situation before anyone gets killed over Skittles candy and a bottle of tea.

Had Zimmerman had done as instructed..waited for law enforcement..there would have ' clearly' not have been a very dangerous situation.
