I never mentioned marijuana in reference to myself on this thread. I did mention it in the context of what Trayvon had and what got him suspended from school...
It seems to have gone right over your head! Nice try at diversion. Do you have any idea how stupid you sound...are?
Have a nice night Tally. I think I'll just sit here and watch you and your sockies spin... AND LAUGH.
Didn't you say you were once a practicing nurse? Wonder what the Oregon State Health Board (or any other state you've resided in) would think about your admission to illegal substance use on here? In other words, you're not professional, you're not credible. In fact, I wouldn't hire your sorryass to walk my dog, let alone work in a state (regardless of which) accredited health care facility. Whatsa matter?

<quoted text>Was that Trayvons testimony of the incident you're quoting? For a guy that didn't listen to what the SPD instructed him to do, his side of the story seems sketchy at best, even under oath. Murder? Nahhhh, he got in over his 5'7" head but responsible for his death civilly? You betcha.
In all honesty I find it hard to believe people like you are OK with unarmed shootings but I guess if the Reichtard NRA followers instruct everyone to think this way for the sake of the second amendment and fearing the great and powerful O will take their guns, I "guess" I understand, like I understand why a retard makes funny faces and talks weird.

Point is, another poster was trying to say that Zimmerman should've have had a gun due to his previous record.
All three cases were dismissed. So one could say he's had a history of being railroaded by the cops.

Were any of Trayvons? No! What's your point? Much has been made about Trayvon's indiscretions..why is it not proper to point out the same about Zimmerman? Zimmerman's offenses are much more serious even if they were plead down. For starters Zimmerman was older and should have known better. Second..his past shows a propensity for violence. Attacking a cop...domestic violence....
In an effort to reduce crime STATISTICS,the PD in Martin's school district stopped charging kids in school with less than felony crimes. So,in that respect they DID reduce the number of "reported" crimes without actually seeing a reduction in the juvenile crime rate. They doctored their own stats to make the district look proactive against juvy crime. THUS,if the PD in his school district had kept to their old standards of jailing drug offenders Martin would have been in jail at the time of his assault and subsequent shooting by Zimmerman.

<quoted text>Lighten up Francis. You don't see me "crying about those" because there isn't a thread about them to post on. Duuuuh. There is a thread about this incident, hence my post. Like I said, you can't disobey the Police Department, engage someone in the dark, totally unskilled at the process, escalate emotions by not having the ability to quell or ascertain what steps that the police are taught THEN cry self defense like a fairfax on someone defending himself from a similar unknown force. Zimmerman was reckless and caused the boys death.
It's so simple it eludes you.

Yes, as given in actual testimony (That many people haven't even bothered to read):

Prosecutor Richard Mantei focused on the words used in that call, particularly when Noffke asked Zimmerman if he was following Martin.
“Why did you ask …'Are you following him?'” the prosecutor asked Noffke.

“It sounded like movement and wind coming through the phone, after [Zimmerman] stated the subject was running,” Noffke said.

“How come you didn’t … say ‘don’t follow'?” the prosecutor asked him.

Noffke explained that for legal reasons, 911 operators may not give such orders.“We’re directly liable if we give a direct order,” he said.“We always try to give general basic … not commands, just suggestions.”

Under cross-examination, Noffke told defense attorney Mark O’Mara,“It’s best to avoid any kind of confrontation, to just get away from the situation,” a comment that might bolster prosecution allegations that the incident could have been avoided if Zimmerman had stayed in his vehicle.

But Noffke told O’Mara that there was nothing in what Zimmerman said or the way he said it that he found unsettling about the caller, not even the profanities Zimmerman had used in his call to report the suspicious person.

They have been prosecuted time and time again for incompetence, sadly at the loss of a life they were supposed to be "helping".

The government is not the be all, end all, whether it be state, federal, or local. Hopefully, you never have to find that out first hand...
