Man Sentenced for Poisoning Wife's Rice Krispies

A man accused of trying to poison his wife with paint remover in her cereal was sentenced to eight years in California state prison after pleading no contest, the District Attorney's Office announced.

It seems strange to me that even though the cereal had a bad smell she ate a spoonful anyway. Glad she is OK and he is behind bars. There is an easier solution to his problems. It's spelled DIVORCE and it's sure a lot better than going to jail. Someone should post his pic at the Epic Fail website.
