There goal now is to assure that Obama is but a TWO term president. They'll probably screw that up too.
They are playing the blame game when 174 (R) voted for it and then Boehner when on tv saying he got 98% of what he wanted with the sequestration.

It's CRAZY!!!

Spanktacular?? lol

It appears that the CONs and LIBs are ready to let this happen. The CON talking point on the Sunday shows was: "it won't be a big deal if it happens." The LIB talking point was: "if it happens, it'll impact many peoples' lives." We played "budget chicken" in 1995 and 1996. I don't remember that working out too well. We'll see what we see.

All I want my Comgressman and Senator to always try to do is:

1. effectively represent his constituients / voters;
2. work with all other Congressmen and Senators to pass common-sense laws;
3. make the most informed decisions possible;
4. set partisan crapola and game-playing aside and vote responsibly;
5. stop with the blame game and finger-pointing across the aisle;
6. stop parroting talking points and CYA comments in interviews;
7. make budget decisions like he would make decisions on his family budget;
8. abolish any agency of department that serves no purpose;
9. not sell out to this or that fat-cat donor;
10. think "would this bill benefit the majority of Americans?";
11. put in the extra time to get the job done;
12. retire when he can no longer effectively, efficiently do his job.

I don't plan on being represented by a Congressman or Senator who does most of the above things any time soon. If I did my job as well as the average Congressman or Senator, I wouldn't have lasted for 30 days. Today's average congressman is consistently clueless, ineffective, inefficient, inept, out-of-touch, pathetic, sad, shifty and whiny.

I agree and I think Senators should not be allowed to voted in for life.. There should be a two term office with them also..

Yes, since they sell out to big business, big donors and special interest groups 6 - 12 months after they get to D. C., term limits couldn't hurt.

Every time they speak, tweet, vote or write, my Congressman and Senator say: "I've already got mine and I really don't care what you need, think or want!"

El Rushbo is trying to minimize the effects that the sequester would have today, FYI.

There's no limit to El Rushbo's hypocrisy. He recently pontificated about others' drug dependency (with his own confirmed Oxy addiction) and on someone's weight struggles (with his obvious own porkulence).

He has his own skeletons. I always get a laugh out of his "Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies' since he flunked out of Southeast Missouri State University, in sleepy Cape Girardeau, MO.

Get rid of public sector unions. Reduce the influence of unions in general. Ban the foreign George Soros from influence peddling.

Yeah, I agree - start with the police and fireman's unions in Rochester, NY.
