That is exactly it. There is just something wrong with someone who would intentionally abuse an animal like that. It's not like the animals asked to be put in those circumstances and if/when they defend themselves/act out, the owners punish them worse. It don't make any sense. Can you believe the other day I saw an ad on CL giving away a dog and it said the dog bites when hit or kicked. I'm thinking really? Ya think?! People like that don't deserve children let alone animals.
