1. Convicted For An Act Of Treason Against The United States
Treason is a serious crime, and the Constitution defines the requirements for convicting someone of treason. Treason is waging a violent war against the United States in cooperation with a foreign country or any organized group. It includes assisting or aiding any foreign country or organization in taking over or destroying this country including abolishing the Constitution. Treason also consists of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the US government or of betraying our government into the hands of a foreign power. If you are caught and convicted of treason, you can pretty much count on losing your US citizenship as well as serving lots of jail time.

Like Timothy McViegh and so many domestic terrorists before him, he'll rot away in prison a disgraced American.

What good would it do to take away his US citizenship? You can't fry a foriegn national, now can you?

There’s a lot not to like about Russia and its way of life but the following is an exception and makes a lot of sense.

On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma,(Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:

"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Shari’a Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'.

We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians.”

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a standing ovation for five minutes!

Treason is a wartime charge. We are not at war with anyone right now.

These two did not represent any country and no country has accepted them as citizens except for the United States.

JAT - just a thought;
If this had been done at a political event involving congress or our current administration
what would it have been called?
terrorism:
(((Systematic use of violence to create a general climate of fear in a population and thereby to bring about a particular political objective.)))
*=* Are "WE" creating our own terrorists now?*=* It has been used throughout history by political organizations of both the left and the right, by nationalist and ethnic groups, and by revolutionaries (constituting or bringing about a major or fundamental change). Although usually thought of as a means of destabilizing a political system as a complete set of institutions, interest groups (such as political parties, trade unions, lobby groups), the relationships between those institutions and the political norms and rules that govern their functions (constitution, election law)(overthrowing existing political institutions), terror also has been employed by governments against their own people to suppress dissent.
Just a thought(?)

LMAO!!!

What if I pushed down a flight of stairs at a political fundraiser and you happened to fall into Mittens Rmoney and he broke his neck?

That would be justice, not terrorism.

Zubeidat faces three felony charges for alleged shoplifting and property damage in Massachusetts in 2012 and jumped bail. Yet says her boys were framed and Dzhokah won't get a fair trail.

Tamerlan said he didn't have a single American friend and he doesn't understand them.

Tamerlan married Katherine Russell, an American Woman from Rhode Island.
Katherine converted to Islam for Tamerlin and he abused her.

Don't worry though - the Republicans will find a way of alienating them just like all the rest of the minorities before the next election.

Someone asked me a couple of years ago if there were any circumstance that would make me willing to blow myself up.
Up till now the only thing i would say would be if Sharia law was imposed in the Uk.
Us women might as well be slaves so if you think women of nations where we are used to being almost equal would be willing to go back a thousand year then you'd be in for a big shock.

Its awful enough watching the news and seeing only men in these societies. Where are the women. No wonder you're so messed up. It's not natural to keep the sexes apart so much. No wonder your men turn rapist at the hint of a bit of female flesh.
The men are dangerous, its their problem, not the womens.

Why the Republicans lost the last election:

What the GOP did not take into account was.....

1- The Hispanic population grew in the US by 23%. Which means that percentage was not tallied in. that 23 percent more Hispanics that voted in both those previous election.

2- The Black population grew by 12%. They thought Obama was down on the black vote. Thinking he would not carry over 95% of the black vote. He carried 97% with 12% more added to the rolls.

3- Obama carried women by 12 percentage points over Romney. The Asian population increased by 6%. Obama took 12% of that vote up by 7%. Which that vote does include Arabs.

If I were you, I'd start now on trying to win the Muslim vote instead of hoping the problem will go away.

Yes France just legalized same-sex marriage, yup that's Sharia Law.

I'm popping over to Paris for the weekend next weekend I'll report back all the Muslim activity.
