Nesting hawks attack patrons outside Florida library

This is a red-tailed hawk flaying over Valspar Championship at Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club on March 15, 2014 in Palm Harbor PORT ORANGE, Fla.

That's a funny one, I've been in that situation when camping. Didn't know I was under their nesting tree when I unloaded the Jeep! I had no problem breaking camp and moving, rather than upset the birds during their nesting cycle.

Blue Jays will draw blood. For about 3 weeks every spring our back yard was off limits. Jay birds nesting in a tall pine in the middle of the yard.
The jays would swoop down, grab hair with both feet and ride like a bronc buster. All the while viciously pecking a hole in your head. Not letting go till we retreated back inside. Can only imagine the damage a bird the size of a hawk could do.
