“If you feel like you might make noise cover your mouth like this because if we can hear a noise we're required to take you off the ride so it's aggressive,” said Steve Baddley, Scandia’s general manager.“We believe we're taking every effort to make this a really mutually-beneficial relationship between the business owner the county and the residents,” said Steve

we're required to take you off the ride , when ??

after it's over , I'm getting out of the coaster anyway,...

Understanding both sides. Cruising downtown with R&R blaring is cool fun. Not so much for people in funeral procession passing by. Expect to hear 4th of July firecrackers in America on this day an partys on week ends. But everyday? Make a problem.

A little duck tape can fix that.

Or maybe this was just a marketing gimmick to promote the park?

Yes, if I lived next to an amusement park... If I didn't live next to an amusement park then I wouldn't ignore the screaming... So come on Tally don't start your BS....

meaning doesn't he have the same right , I really don care why he is there , but you aren't and I'm not .. but see you can't handle a conversation .

perhaps the ride is new and therefore created a larger volume of noise ....

I believe if You are at an amusement park You should be able to be as loud as You want on rides... Now, if I am at a walking park with no rides I can see being quiet.... But these are too different kinds of parks.... I go to one of our parks all the time.. Just to walk around the lake and feed the ducks.... And have my thoughts.... But when I get near the playground I don't expect it too be so quiet.... So if I'm looking for Peace I stay away from the playground...
I did already answer if I wasn't living near an amusement park/playground... I would pay attention to kids screaming.... I DON'T have any use for people that abuse their kids....
And as Miss Stress said I think if their is a funeral, people should respect those and turn their music down.... I am not saying You should be able to scream at the top of your lungs all the time... There is a time and place....
