Going to the five and dime store with our allowance and they had a sandwich counter. It was so freakin' long, half the length of the store am sure. Remember, they had pics of all the food they offered on the back wall. So many great times there!

OMG.... one time I thought I was doing the neighbor's kids a little favor and fun, by babysitting them... I cut all the grass. and then rollled out the slippery thingy and added a waterhose to it. My dumb butt thought ,, "Boy, this will be so much fun for the kiddies and myself...!"-----Well,,, It all was going well, until the first one or two trips down the yellow-wet- banana thingy.
'
No problem. I forgot about the little sharp rocks lying right underneath the SLIP-n-SLIDE.. THen, at the end of it,, the main two kiddies got covered in the freshly cut grass.... Oh my... I look back at it now and just laugh and laugh.. All in innocent fun of course, but I never thought about raking the place beforehand, and not having fresh cut grass to cover them...
'
THE GRASS MAN (And children,, COMETH!)
'
Forgive me LAwd, of my foolishness... hahahahahaha.... So funny...
Always wondered why those kids avoided me after that scenario.. Tsk Tsk. What a person (and children) does'nt learn growing up.
'
SO if any of those kids are reading this ,(BY CHANCE) I really did'nt mean it... hahahah-----No really!! I never realized,,LOL
