see once again you are wrong..........
A judge is a government official with authority to decide lawsuits brought before courts. The judge in a case decides questions of law, as well as questions of fact
to hear and decide (as a litigated question) in a court of justice
your prob is that you cry the same shet post after post thread after thread..
point are you saying the right of the second amendment doesn't apply to the blind ... how about an armless person ?
how about a newborn ....
are you an illegal alien ??????????
Keep trying judge( who really knows).
Your problem is you cry the same sh@t post after post after post. Just because you say it is so, does not make it so. Just because you claim to be a retired judge, does not make it so. i could claim to be a retired air marshall ex special forces wwe rasssler, that does not make it so.
And even if you were a judge and were authorized to decide lawsuits brought before courts and decides questions of law, as well as questions of fact
to hear and decide (as a litigated question) in a court of justice
does not make you the last and final word on any subject. You think that just because you claim to be a retired judge, that everyone who opposes your point of view/opinion should just shut up and accept the word of his/her betters. When in point of fact, you are nothing more than a pompous windbag with an inflated ego who's opinions carry no more weight on here than any one else.
The right of the 2nd Amendment applies to ALL American citizens, the judges and Congress and the Presidents over time have seen fit to place restrictions on who the 2nd Amendment applies to. I see merit in some of their choices. Those with a history of mental disorders that predispose them to violent tendencies, violent felons, Those without the mental capacity to qualify as adults, who can give informed consent.
As to your question, armless and blind Americans who are not disqualified due to the aforementioned reasons, are entitled to keep and bear arms, as per the 2nd Amendment. With certain modifications and prosthesis, they can operate a firearm in a safe and lawful manner.
As to my status as a citizen, not that it is any of your business, and I could very well be lying, but, I am proud to be a American citizen, born in Texas from multiple generations of Texans on both sides of my family and a veteran of the United States Navy and a Vietnam vet.

a]National Guard legal definition of National Guard. National ...
The National Guard is the term for the state-organized units of the U.S. Army and Air Force, composed of citizens who undergo training and are available for service ...
b]State militia..........
An army composed of ordinary citizens rather than professional soldiers. A military force that is not part of a regular army and is subject to call for service in an emergency

unless I'm wrong I believe we have

From the time of its inception, the military played a decisive role in the history of the United States.

Founders were suspicious of a permanent military force and not until the outbreak of World War II did a large standing army become officially established.

The militia is the people. Title 10 sets up both the national guard and the militia. At the start of WW2 people were told to get their guns and come to the beach to defend against the expected invasion. You are in the Militia if you are between 18 and 45 or 65 if you have had previous military training. Check it out :)

It's not the level-headed Americans buying them that's driving the prices up - it's the crazed paranoid gunowners that are snatching up all the guns and ammunition - your arguement is pretty much invalid.
Buying up all the guns and ammunitions is certainly a sad facet, to the unbased fear of our government taking away their guns. I find it so depressing that the mindset of so many is that desperate and uninformed?

read again show the word firearms let alone a flintlock and
abroad ???
The founding fathers wrote many times about the right to bear arms. The word flintlock was not used, however, many people used the argument that since they only had flintlocks at the time of the Amendment, then that is the only arm that they meant.
We had just won our independence from a foreign government, and there was still a threat of another attempt to subjugate us. Which did come to pass. So, they also wrote about the subject of an armed populace being an effective force to prevent a foreign government from achieving that goal.
Here is a site that has mostly quotes written during the early days of our nation.

This is being driven by the fallacy that the government is out to screw you. Conservatives talk out of both sides of their azz - on one side they curse the government's interference of their rights, and at the same time don't want their sacred entitlement programs wiped out either. They really don't know what they want- hence the paranoic behavior.

Unbased? The governor of New York called for confiscation. The congressman from Connecticut called for a background check to buy ammo. I don't put anything past them

The government is out to take the money I earned and give it to someone else. From each according his ability to each according his need. The government can't give anything to one person they don't take from another.

you don't suppose that a world war was at large and that the US was attacked and invaded...

The delegates of the Constitutional Convention (the founding fathers/framers of the United States Constitution) under Article 1; section 8, clauses 15 and 16 of the federal constitution, granted Congress the power to "provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia," as well as, and in distinction to, the power to raise an army and a navy. The US Congress is granted the power to use the militia of the United States for three specific missions, as described in Article 1, section 8, clause 15: "To provide for the calling for of the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions."

You talk like a 5th grader that's never experienced taxes before. What planet are you from? Texas?

The government requires money to run its day to day business. The road you drove on to get to work this morning (my apologies if you're a bum) is paid for by taxes. Try driving your Bentley on a dirt road.

You take a lot for granted.
