Hello Dan,I turned 58 this month. High school days were ok. School colors are purple and gold. I had 15 jobs since graduation. Just a few days ago I got mail about updating info for a high school history-not a yearbook. I was asked info about knowing anyone else, being they had missing people to contact. I said they are all gone from town except myself and it has been 39yrs. So memory is somewhat faded. I been on S.S. disability since 2000. Can't financially keep up with my age group, I only have 3 people I'm associated with. Limited income usually causes friends to fadeaway. I have a neighbor 3 doors from me and she's on meds-depression+anxiety. She was a school counseler (she's 67). Difficult to have conversations with her. Example: her and I were watching the inaugeration. She kept talking about the attire worn by dignitaries. Asked me where we're the presidents car going? I said to theWhite house. The next day she asked if I seen the inaugeration. Not many around here for friends. The town became a place for low-lifes. I don't have the income to move. That's a bit of a long story. So more info as conversation goes on.
Hmmm, a bio in a minute:)
Do you live in Silver Springs? I've been there , didn't look like a dive, not far fro D.C.
Sorry to learn of your situation, ever try doing a little "ebay-ing"?
Sounds like you need to expand your circle of friends, and the ones who are "fair weather" types you don't need, anyway- let'em go.
A great day to ya, keep posting:)
