Always a good idea to review your work before you hand it out.

Yeah, I bet all the dads decided to review the DVD half a dozen times just to make sure it was X-rated.
That's one teacher who spreads herself a bit thin.

Did it show the grand finally? And more importantly did it continue to show her cleaning up the mess? If so, then this could be shown in home economics as well......

What better way to teach your students than with actual step by step instructions. Dang we always had to use our imagination. It is hard to imagine a bird and a bee getting it on.

The teacher is now faced with many options...write a book, become famous, star in a reality show, run for president...the list goes on.

That's not like any bird I've ever seen. I am thinking something more like in the rodent family. Hedgehog maybe.

Well, to make good out of this situation, parents are now forced to explain human sexuality to their kids. And since they will be in middle school next year, a good number which share the buses with high schoolers, this is the perfect time to explain things before their peers and upperclassmen do.

I agree with Xanth - most kids that young probably wouldn't really understand what they were seeing. And even if they did, kids are remarkably resilient - I doubt their "fragile little minds" were warped all that much. Purple Gurl also has a good point. The more boring and scientific you can get when explaining sex, the better. Bust out the anatomy charts!!

Teaching must have sure changed since I went to a S-Ed. class years and years ago. Back in those days, not only did the teachers use real birds and bees to teach the class, but the students were forced to wear blind-folds if the action got too hot. lol
