I've never had lamb. Is it hard to cook?
I have baked it before , this is no where near as good as putting it in a rotisserie oven. It is easy to cook. Normally I marinate it for and hour or a day in Red wine, worshire , lemon juice, and garlic. Heat 300 in oven for 45 minutes. Same for rotisserie.

Sounds good. Might have to try it. I'm tempted to buy bison and try that too. Seen it at the store and it's actually supposed to be really lean, found an interesting looking recipe for bison lasagna. Enjoy your dinner.

Let me know how it turns out. Had green beans prepared that way with chipotle mayo for dipping. It was awesome.

Hooray! No soup!

Fish and chips from the chippie with salt, pepper and vinegar. Hold the pickled egg and mushey peas, maybe a pickled gherkin.
