Still feel for ya and can still relate....my bariatric surgeries came from a little more violence....namely a round taken into the abdomen that took off the common bile ducts, wasted half of my liver, put a few holes in my large & small intestines, nicked my pancreas, severed the vena cava and ended up at L3.....
Oh my gosh that is terrible. I was in law enforcement for over 15 years and was lucky I didn't get the same as you got. I feel so bad for you. You were lucky to even survive Peritonitis if your intestine was nicked. So sorry.
Just had apple cinnamon oatmeal and peaches 2 oz. plus started on my 75 grams of protein drink per day yuck.

<quoted text>I don't think it's much of a recipe, but I will be glad to share.
Quater a medium onion in slow cooker
Season a pork roast , with salt, black pepper ( and a little garlic powder, if you want) place in cooker. Pour about a cup of water over, cover and cook on high about six hours .
Pork should be so tender it falls apart. I pull it apart and pour a bottle of BBQ sauce over it cover and cook a half hour longer.
It's very simple but good and something different
Thanks Sug!!! This was FABULOUS! The only thing I did different was instead of water, I used root beer & drained well before pulling pork. So easy but extremely delicious! Thanks again my friend.
