Last night I cooked a huge pot of vegetable beef soup. Some fried cornbread, and a banana pudding. I had some friends and family over to eat. Tonight I had leftover vegetable soup, (the beef was gone) and crackers. Was good both times.

Steph wrote: <quoted text> what in heck is rotel dip??? Hey there Steph good morn. Rotel~ a brand. Diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers and onions. The dips made by melting velveeta and mixing them. Some add mexican sausage or hamburger meat. Served hot with doritoes or nacho chips.
