Tonight will be something with beef smoked sausage. Maybe make some fried red potatoes with onions, stick in the smoked sausage, cover it with shredded sharp cheddar. That sounds pretty good!
...it does....

Last night I cooked a huge pot of vegetable beef soup. Some fried cornbread, and a banana pudding. I had some friends and family over to eat. Tonight I had leftover vegetable soup, (the beef was gone) and crackers. Was good both times.

Hey there Steph good morn. Rotel~ a brand. Diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers and onions. The dips made by melting velveeta and mixing them. Some add mexican sausage or hamburger meat. Served hot with doritoes or nacho chips.
