Steak off the grill, baked potatoes, with butter and sour cream. Tossed green salad and yeast rolls. Coke Zero to drink. Still to full to think of dessert.

Making a Reuben for me and hubby tonight. Had one at Dunderbaks once and it was so good. Grilled Reuben - Unseeded rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, chopped onion, and swiss cheese with a side of baked french fries. Apple Crisp for dessert.

Last evening :

Left over rib meat sautéed in onions ,Hot chilly peppers, bacon, smoke barbecue sauce, warped in soft tortilla . We called it Sweet Heat . Sweet going in heat going out . Lol

I made a killer kidney bean salad yesterday (cold)..... And remarkably I haven't had any gas problems today!!!! Woohoo!!!

...tonight is venison roast with the obligatory taters, onions, carrots and i even snuck in some celery, okra and maters, guacamole salad, cornbread, and a chunk of dark chocolate for later maybe...
