no he didn't....

he got it for all of this ....

Also on Nov. 1, Rash pleaded guilty to a DUI charge and resisting arrest charge filed by Meadville police for a separate incident July 17 in the city of Meadville.

Rash was given a state prison sentence of one to five years in jail on the DUI charge with a concurrent nine months to two year sentence on the resisting arrest charge. Rash also was ordered to pay $2,700 fines and court costs.

Rash received a state sentence on the DUI count because of two previous DUI convictions, both from 2002, according to court records. Under Pennsylvania law, DUI penalties increase with subsequent convictions.

RashÂ’s robbery sentence of five to 15 years in jail runs consecutive to his DUI sentence, according to county court records. He also was ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs and $36 in restitution, according to court records.

Consecutive Sentences refers to jail sentences that must be served one after the other rather than at the same time. It is two or more sentences of jail time to be served in sequence. For example, if a defendant receives consecutive sentences of 15 years and 5 years, the total amount of jail time is 20 years. This is also termed as cumulative sentences or accumulative sentences.

Jon Corzine is still walking around after stealing millions from customers of M. F. Global. Let this guy out. The laws is supposed to be the same for everyone. Those fellows at AIG and others are also still walking around.

Looks like robbery is a very low paying job. In the book 'Freakonomics' there is an excellent chapter about the economics of crime. These idiots would be better off working for minimum wage!
