<quoted text> WHOA!! 60's chic...HOW'S LIFE AT THE COMMUNE???... Ya know... ya have to allow your daughter to test the waters..IF she LOVES HIM and HE HER...AGE is NOT the factor here... Seems YOU are worried about his MOM and your age gap with her... LOVE... is LOVE..If he decides to let her go...after a fee years..BECAUSE of tgd age difference... THEN it's WASN'T ...TRUE LOVE...We all have to take that chance, If it works out..FINE..if not...MORE FISH in the sea...Just BE HAPPY for theme both..and BREAK OUT THE BONG!!
Thanks CC. I agree. I read too much into things sometimes. Probably because I'm a bit insecure. We can't always know what life's experiences will entail or what the outcome will be, but it's the chance we have to take if we want to enjoy life. I had a few glasses of red wine last night, which is just as good as the bong!:) XXOO

I've found that a lot of guys are attracted to older women...you didn't mention their ages, but if the fire is there for both of them & they share common interests, I'd give them my blessing...and who knows? the other MIL might become your BFF =)
Ola, thanks. You're sweet. I can tell you that the fire is there and they share a lot of interests. My daughter said the same thing about her bf's mother. She said she is very sweet and she knows I'll like her too. I'm so happy to know my daughter has such a good attitude. She is intelligent and kind. Our children are suppose to learn from their parents, but there is always much we can learn from our children as well.:)

You are right. Fire never dies. You learn every day. Every body can be a teacher, children learn and teach.

Relationship is not about age. Not about distance. Not about communicating with each other everyday. What's important most is: Trust & Loyalty.. the Trust of a girl to her man, the Loyalty of man to his girl ... author unknown...unless devine claims it ...then author still unknown ...

Age doesn't matter. What does matter is how two people feels about each other. What others says should not matter.

I enjoy the older ladies. I feel they know what they want and where they want to be. I would love to watch an older lady remove her top in front of me. It would be like opening a gift at Christmas.. Love it..
Just the top is all you want off?..I like to see a certain dance and that would be my gift.(O:

Yes, it matters OC.
It sounds beautiful and sentimental but in reality, it'll bite in the <hiss.>
I think it depends on the ppl involved. Muturity has no age, I've seen older ppl act juvenile and I've seen young ppl be very mature and responsible.

If you know what you're getting into before you leap I think thats half the battle.

Just my thoughts here...

Nothing matters when 2 hearts collide, and are drawn together by a force greater than they...
What gets in the way of that is another story....can range from age, to finance, to desire of children, lifestyle,, what gets in the way of true love is a lot of times much stronger than the hearts can endure...
