Why not bet the health care plan on it? If we lose, he will shut up about his stupid plan to destroy health care.

I guess he didn't want to bet his smokes eh?

So much for National healthcare. Why can't he lead by example and stop smoking?

If we stood to get Canada's health care system with a win as part of your bet then perhaps the US team would have tried harder and the US goalie wouldn't have let in that soft one in OT (after keeping his team alive in the previous games, of course.)

Way less money per capita with way better health outcomes up north.

Of course, some of that differential is accounted for by American obesity, but still....

Ahaha good one. I have to say though Canada's health care is not without flaws and has it's downside (higher taxes etc.)

But I've had much better experiences here than when I lived in the U.S.

Only reason people are complaining about health care, because they're tired of paying for welfare and they're own.

Trust me girl..be happy you are paying higher taxes..If they even tried to implement higher taxes down south they would end up killing each other before it was offered.

That is the cost of avoidng an all out war on the Northern Tier. Canadians get mighty upset when you beat them at hockey,and\or welch on a beer! I was at the Toronto Days Inn,next door to Maple Leaf Gardens in 1993 when the Kings beat the Leafs for the Stanley Cup. The mood was sour, and heard beer bottles breaking up against the wall all night long.
