What about slicing off a big piece of breast and putting it in a 'banana bread' pan with deep slices and filled with BBQ sauce (to the top of the pan) with foil over it next the rest of the turkey in the oven. For a trial. You might be onto something there.
You can set it on the table and see which goes first. I'd bet on the BBQ sauce one.
I come from a line of finicky eaters with peculiar habits. If it ain't taters and roast beef, fried chicken or baked ham, it ain't fit to eat. They eat 'Murican' food! Me, I have broader horizons I guess. More adventuresome taste buds at least.
