But, we weren’t discussing a license to sell, we were discussing ability to buy. You’re making a fool of yourself. Go looks at the 4474 form I posted. It’s direct from the ATF site.

This was changed in 1991, before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day. before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day just in case you repeat classes......... before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day before you ask the day means Sunday

Just because an unconstitutional law exists it isn’t proof that law is constitutional. you don't read well not a us constitutional law.... but it is a law of the state of CALF.

This was changed in 1991, before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day. before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day just in case you repeat classes......... before which all sales were prohibited for the entire day before you ask the day means Sunday You’ve stated the following tallyho wrote: <quoted text> remember at one time you couldn't even shop on a Sunday tallyho wrote: blue laws defined ......... A blue law is a type of law designed to enforce religious standards, particularly the observance of a day of worship or rest. In the US, most blue laws have been repealed, declared unconstitutional, or are simply unenforced; though prohibitions on the sale of alcoholic beverages or prohibitions of almost all commerce on Sundays are still enforced in many areas. Blue laws often prohibit an activity only during certain hours and there are usually exceptions to the prohibition of commerce, like grocery and drug stores. In some places, blue laws may be enforced due to religious principles, but others are retained as a matter of tradition or out of convenience. Your first statement made no mention of blue laws, just the result. Did you not know they were called blue laws? States do not have rights, certainly no right to enact blue laws. Blue laws are a violation of the First Amendment.

ooooooops going too fast the DC law Washington, D.C., formally the District of Columbia and commonly referred to as Washington, "the District", or simply D.C., is the capital of the United States. On July 16, 1790, the Residence Act approved the creation of a capital district located along the Potomac River on the country's East Coast. As permitted by the U.S. Constitution, the District is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States Congress and is therefore not a part of any U.S. state.

It is possible for a felon to obtain an FFL. A convicted felon can have their rights restored. It’s rare but it does happen. The Second Amendment is indeed a right. Collectively what are the first ten amendments called? Do you believe holding an FFL would permit someone to carry concealed? Do you understand what an FFL allows?

let alone a state permit ???????? Convicted felons lose their rights as part of their sentence. In many cases, they retain their rights upon release, or earn them back over time.
