out dated: state rights??

explain ..........In 1957 Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, became the focus of an integration attempt. Governor Orval Faubus of Arkansas called out the Arkansas National Guard in order to keep nine black students from attending Central High School in accord with a federal court order. A confrontation between President Eisenhower and Governor Faubus led to the removal of the National Guard, but the students were unable to enter the school because they were faced by an angry white mob. Reluctantly, President Eisenhower ordered a thousand United States paratroopers to Little Rock to protect the students and placed the Arkansas National Guard into federal service. The soldiers remained on school grounds throughout that year. A year later Governor Faubus closed the Little Rock schools, and they were not reopened until 1959. After further disputes and attempts to stop integration, the Supreme Court ruled that the violence was ďdirectly traceableĒ to the governor of Arkansas and federal laws could not be nullified, directly or indirectly.

What does breaking hunting laws have to do with exercising the second amendment?

Precisely where did I state the government is taking the guns away? I do often object to unconstitutional gun laws.

You stated the second amendment was out dated. Iíve asked you simply how would you write it.

We do have the militia using the definition from the time of the founders. You and I are both part of that militia. The founders had a distrust of standing armies and felt the right to bear arms was important not only to protect this nation from outsiders but also protect the citizenry from a potential tyrannical government.

Violates the human right? How exactly would my firearms violate any human right if theyíre used legally?

Beat you down? Youíve done that to yourself. You attempt to claim knowledge you donít possess. Iíve not presented facts? If you honestly believe that you must be of the opinion only facts which support your position can be considered facts.

There is no age limit contained within the second amendment. However, a four year old shouldnít be allowed to carry a gun. The range I use has children as young as six shooting, possibly younger but I havenít seen that first hand. I know for fact one of the children shooting guns is six. Heís a friends child and occasionally shoots my .22.

How is Oswald applicable here? Oswald used a firearm illegally and was punished for his actions.

Yes, states do indeed have laws but states do not have rights.

Please tell me you honestly donít believe the spew you just expounded about the US Constitution. Have you ever read the constitution?

The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Any unconstitutional law may be struck down by the judicial system. I refer you back to the previously mention case McDonald v. Chicago as an example.

States do not have rights, only people have rights. The government has no rights, again only the people have rights.

ATF should be a convenience store. I would say the most useless organization if not for the EPA.

I will agree on one issue which frequently puts me at odds with other gun owners. I do believe convicted violent felons forfeit their second amendment rights and through the fifth amendment rights may be revoked through due process.

Florida state law while not constitutionally correct is quite friendly toward law abiding gun owners.

states have the right to self rule , but can not become a republic within a republic .... other words we come to the mutual aid of all... understand ....

gov , can not use the state militia to prevent the rights of others... outdated thinking

Again, more smoke and mirrors with misdirection. You need new methods, this one has been outed.

The second amendment has absolutely NOTHING to do with hunting. People who break hunting laws are criminals. When that criminal applies to purchase another firearm, guess what.
