simple like you are.... it is a state issue, a state right .. if a state violates your right that is when the US Constitution comes into play....
if your pop said "no gun in the house" are you going to cry 2nd amendment ,,, well sorry you would , but a normal person
but hell you are just as st id no matter what ID you use
Itís not that simple as shown in the McDonald v. Chicago case. The McDonald case used the fourteenth amendment successfully. That argument successfully proved through the fourteenth amendment the state were saddled with the full burden of the US Constitution and that Chicago was indeed violating the second amendment rights of their citizens.

In a separate concurring opinion, Justice Thomas wrote that the 2nd Amendment is fully applicable to states because the right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by the 14th Amendment as a privilege of American citizenship. Source: http://www.cga.ct.gov/2010/rpt/2010-R-0314.ht...

Your confusion continues with burden of the US Constitution. The constitution is a burden on the government, not the individual. An owner of private property has the right to require me to leave their property for any reason, the firearm is irrelevant. If Iím in a store and they see my firearm theyíre within their legal rights to request I leave for that reason alone. If I fail to leave Iím guilty of trespass.

Do you have a life beyond Topix? Youíve posted one of the most childish posts on Topix. Youíve very successfully played the role of an ass and cry foul when someone else does.

Were you one of those children who cried to mommy when your sibling merely looked at you?

I shot a deer in the back of the head with a .22. She went down but was still alive, so I shot her again near the heart, but she was still alive, so I cut her throat. She died.

yes indeed , but what is the point ... the object of the original plaint was that Uncle Sam was attempting to take the gun away ... which I never said they were... why???? by the case you quoted.......

so therefore , the theory of a government conspiracy is invalid..........

but the main point I said is the 2nd is outdated....... why because people are citing the ... militia/etc etc those conditions no longer exit... state rights ... means that the state makes its law , not the government .... each state can make a different gun law separate from all others ,

NOW: here is where people's rights come in ... the 2nd

if it violates the human right ,

so now what , the only purpose of the thread now was to beat the Tallyho down , not the facts ...

and this is far above some head who only seek revenge
and not reasoning

point: the 2nd have a age requirement no ,,,so by the logic a 4 year old has the right to carry ......... how nice ,

Like saying Oswald so have his gun back

so now that wasn't so bad was it if you think???

now back to my friend REPORTED

I forget who posted it first, but it made me think of Tally and his thought process. Someone posted that their kids used to say,"it all started when he hit me back".
