<quoted text>That is still short of being banned. What I am looking for is the ability to create new accounts without having to create new user names for my ISP. I'd rather have fewer than more ISP accounts. Thank you for at least trying to help. I can't get banned, nohow, at least it seems so.
New user names for your ISP? I think you need to go to internet school.

(cut and pasted from a Wikipedia article)

Cyberbullying vs. cyberstalking
Further information: Cyberstalking

The practice of cyberbullying is not limited to children and, while the behavior is identified by the same definition when practiced by adults, the distinction in age groups sometimes refers to the abuse as cyberstalking or cyberharassment when perpetrated by adults toward adults. Common tactics used by cyberstalkers are performed in public forums, social media or online information sites and are intended to threaten a victim's earnings, employment, reputation, or safety. Behaviors may include encouraging others to harass the victim and trying to affect a victim's online participation. Many cyberstalkers try to damage the reputation of their victim and turn other people against them.

Cyberstalking may include false accusations, monitoring, making threats, identity theft, damage to data or equipment, the solicitation of minors for sex, or gathering information in order to harass. A repeated pattern of such actions and harassment against a target by an adult constitutes cyberstalking.Cyberstalking often features linked patterns of online and offline behavior. There are consequences of law in offline stalking and online stalking, and cyber-stalkers can be put in jail.[4] Cyberstalking is a form of cyberbullying.[citation needed]

I can fully understand why this thread has attracted so much negative attention. People hate it when their boorish behavior is called into question. Many cyberbullies were offended enough to lodge their baseless objections and enagage in the very same behavior cited by this thread and my cut and paste article in post 821. Need I say more?

Trolls have the most sillyassed ways of explaining away their boorish behavior and soothing their consciences (if they even have one).

No I didn't.

Lying also plays a very big role in cyberbullying. Most cyberbullies have no interest in whether something is factual or not just as long as it serves their perverted purpose.

What heat? This is northern England. There is no heat.
